Most recently, the app "locked" due to security concerns? Seriously. I'm trying to save a few bucks on a purchase, not log into a bank account to take out a car loan. I'm not changing my password, I'm not verifying by email every trip. Let corporate know they really missed the mark on this one.

The outside grounds look like an ashtray, especially where employees sit on their bench and toss cigarette butts all over the lot. Absolutely disgusting. I have been treated with utter disdain and contempt by employees. I understand that employees must do their stocking and attend the register too, but they sometimes see that customers are waiting and just continue to stock, without even acknowledging the presence of their customers at the register. I avoid this store as much as possible.

I planned only to be inside for just a couple of minutes, so I left my window down. However, it appeared someone may have approached my vehicle and threw something onto the seat. I eventually looked over to the left side of the building before leaving, and realized a young adult male standing alongside of the building, while a young female seemed to obstruct the doorway as I entered. Some of us travel a great way for the comfort of safety, however, I don't think this holds true anymore. I'll just go somewhere else.

The building is a bit rundown & dated but it has some upgrades like two self checkout registers…read more They didn't have this in the past and also a little bit more variety of refrigerated/frozen items along with more variety of groceries that they didn't have before and also the layout is different from before. I just wish the inside was remodeled or something on the inside & outside to make it nicer inside & out. The store doesn't get a whole lot of foot traffic which is why I like to come here to pick up a few things without having to deal with the massive amounts of people with long lines just to get a few items at the store. I like to upload different digital coupons on the app to save some money with weekly deals rotating each week. If you buy some grocery items be sure to check out the best before date/expiration dates. I've found some items being few days old or sometimes several months old and even found some products that had expired from October of last year and brought this matter to the manger. I guess they don't check or rotate products as often as they should. I don't want to be inconvenienced on having to come back to get a refund/exchange of a product that was expired. Please Dollar General do better.
