It also seems to always be selling the same things year after year. I recognized a lot of the merchandise from when I visited last year, and there were no mark-downs in price from what I remember. The store is also insanely cramped inside. It's relatively small, and the shelves are everywhere, so everyone's just squeezing past each other.
