A special table usually has a dozen or two items on it and if you buy them whatever it costs they give you a gift card for the exact same amount of money. I think it's just a way for them not to throw things away pretty cool. Every once in a while, you can get lucky and they'll be a good product on the eat for free table. The store isn't as clean as you would want it to be, but it is a warehouse type location and they don't have many people working there for such a big store. It's a huge plaza. I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.
