I stopped in yesterday and a very cheerful lady was behind the counter ringing people up. I grabbed a order of cookie bites that advertised $0.05 cents off fuel with purchase and she inspected the receipt and noticed it wasn't on there. She suggested that I call their Customer Service department and ask about the discount, but not thinking, I walked out and dropped the receipt in the trash. We went through their service request procedure and it ended up with Klingman's saying it was the manufacturer's problem and they did not cover piling. Klingman's washed their hands of the problem. We went to Klingman's to purchase a quality couch and told the sales person that we would pay extra to get fabric that would not pile. They recommended the fabric we purchased. This is not right that they are not responsible for anything that you purchase.

We stopped at Klingman's and were pleased to discover that they sell Bradenton and Young leather chairs. We have previously purchased this brand and are very familiar and impressed with the quality. We ended up purchasing 3 leather B&Y chairs from Klingman's and it's been nothing but headaches since. First after spending a significant amount of time selecting the right color of leather, we were told that the leather we selected was not available. We spent more time selecting another color. This time, the color we selected was on back order. Our Klingman's Rep blamed B&Y and said their rep is supposed to make sure the leather samples on the sales floor are current. Our rep called B&Y while we were standing next to her and they assured her they had enough leather in stock for the chair we wanted. We placed the order and were told we'd have our chairs before Christmas. Now deliver is delayed to the end of January with no estimated deliver date provided. It's been one delay and one excuse after another. We were told that one chair would be shipped as soon as it was done and the others would be shipped as soon as the leather came in and they were made. Now ALL chairs are on back order and will be delivered at same time. This is after our rep pressured us to buy NOW because a supposed sale was ending and "I will NOT be able to get these prices for you again." We had a much better experience at Talsma. We actually chose to purchase several pieces of furniture from Talsma after this frustrating experience at Klingman's trying to get a few chairs ordered. We ordered our custom couches and chairs from Talsma a week after we placed our Klingman's chairs and we've already had all of those pieces manufactured and delivered. In addition, Talsma prices were lower. The only reason we purchased from Klingman's is because we wanted the B&Y. We'll be happy when we eventually get our chairs (IF we ever get them) but it was a frustrating process that took too long and has impacted our desire to return to Klingman's again. This is not all necessarily the fault of Klingman's or the sales rep we worked with. But IMO Klingman's needs to make significant changes with this vendor in order to improve the customer experience. Ultimately I don't want to wait 3 months for my chairs that were promised in 6 weeks, so I'll go elsewhere. Two stars only because I hope to eventually get the chairs I wanted.

I was impressed by the really large just alignment of brakes and other bunches in this gas station and even had a really clean restroom as well the man at the front desk was awesome really friendly and social too this place is also really close at a highway easy access off the interstate and you'll be on the road pretty quickly as well plenty of cheap snacks as well so you will be spending too much money if you're low on funds overall pretty satisfied my visit here

Their prices are a little on the high end (I can't ever seem to leave spending less than $50) which I would expect from the smaller size company, but that does not deter me. This particular location has their products organized somewhat strange from what I am used to. Take for example, trash bags. Most other stores would place these in the paper good section which would be by the toilet paper / paper towels. In this store they are located in the "Picnic Goods" section which is over by frozen foods section. Again, this is not enough to deter me, but it does cause my trips to this store to take a little longer as I have to walk up and down looking at what is in each aisle. If I had to pick one thing about this location that needs to improve it is their checkouts. More often than not, I find that the lines are long and it takes me 10+ minutes to checkout. My favorite thing about this (and all Martin's) is their produce / meat. Nobody in the area can touch them on their quality. Quite often, my wife and I will buy our can goods from one store and the rest from Martin's because it is worth the extra trip.
