They have a lot of items for super cheap. While the stuff is all used and pretty well loved, it all seemed reasonably nice. I could see someone who loves restoring furniture having a grand old time in here. We got a decent table for only $9 that we plan on painting. They have a large selection of items in all their sections, including VHS tapes, clothes and vases. My husband and I plan on coming back often because the employees are kind and the items are great for a thrift store.

Good thing we saw this store on the way, and decided to take a chance and see if Dollar General had anything. Turns out, it did, and he was able to find some here. I only browsed really quickly, and it seemed like your usual DG store to me. They did have a selection of what probably were ex-Redbox DVDs in their previous life before being resold here, and I was surprised I found Before the Devil Knows Your Dead here for $1! It was a little mix of discs, from TV show DVDs(often only 1 or 2 discs for a TV show season, i.e. the show 24), to movies. Was slightly off putting to me that it seemed like only one person was working the store when we visited, and that he was away from the register when we first entered. Guess that's one of those odd ways in how they keep prices cheap? It hit the spot for myself(not knowing what I'd find in this store) and my brother, so that's that. There's always something fun about browsing a store like this. Keep in mind too that(like Family Dollar, and UNLIKE Dollar Tree) most things in the store are above $1, but for the most part still pretty cheap.

The store itself is ginormous and it was a tad overwhelming when I first walked in. After I stopped being intimidated by the store size I was able to get some great deals on things like laundry detergent and motion sensor lights for outside our home. I am looking forward to continuing to take advantage of the fantastic prices at Ollie's. I can see myself getting rugs and some more $10 bed sheets. I enjoyed exploring during my first visit but I can only imagine what I may find my second visit. Until next time!

If you've ever watched A&E's Hoarders that is what this place is... it is a dumpster of of closed unknown merchandise, you have to get a worker to see what's in every box, that's a task in itself. On top of that the bigger furniture pieces like consoles, lawnmowers, lawn furniture... the owner is charging more than it would be at a Marshall's or TJ Maxx... $300 for a lawnmower, $350 for a console (just check out FB Marketplace). Why they aren't opening the boxes as they come in and categorizing which table they'd belong is beyond my understanding. I also don't understand why there isn't prices on the furniture, seems as if they are haggling, giving different prices to different ppl. Needless to say I won't be back. Don't make the hike to check this place out I'm sure you'll pass better stores.

They do practice social distancing of encourage masks and offer hand sanitizer. Employed are nice and helpful and it is local owne which I love. They offer a little bit of everything from dishes to toys to Christmas etc. some things are missing packages but they achieve putting it all back together and make throngs look nice. Maybe it's because the store is new, but the store was well organized, clean and the employees for a dollar store were great. At any point I could easily find an employee to ask about something. The amount of variety was seriously surprising. I've never seen that amount of stuff I can actually use in a dollar store. Mini tools, leveling stuff, and hammers. Everything is $1, no more no less. Very disappointed. I've been to an Ollie's in another city and was very impressed, so I decided to…read moregive this location a try--even though it's a 43-49 minute drive from my home. We came on December 31st, thinking that since it was New Year's Eve, there might be a wait. Surprisingly, there wasn't. That part was fine. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The store felt disorganized and in a state of disarray, and I noticed several food items with expired dates, which is definitely something shoppers shouldn't have to worry about. What really bothered me, though, was the restroom situation. Both restrooms were marked "out of order." When I asked about it--because two seniors in our group needed to use them--an employee told me they do that so people won't ask for the key. That's unacceptable on many levels and honestly left a bad impression. Overall, it's not a terrible store, but is it worth nearly a 50-minute drive? No, it's not. Maybe I'll stop by again in the summer if I need garden supplies--but for now, this trip wasn't worth the distance.
