She became condescending and unprofessional; especially when other customers entered the store. She made a point of loudly saying she "couldn't help them" because she was "too busy filling too many balloons." She even commented to her coworker that she'd been "blowing up balloons all day," and when asked how many were left, said sarcastically, "too many," right in front of me. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and incredibly unprofessional. Management or corporate needs to provide training on basic customer interaction and respect.
