A store that purchases a lot of buy outs, close outs, discontinues, off brands, and foreign imports. They honestly have a little bit of everything from groceries, housewares, clothes, books, toys, knick-nacks, pet supplies, automotive, home improvement, outdoor stuff, a little of this and a little more of that. The employees were helpful and knowledgable of where things were located. Not knowing where anything was, they could have used more overhead signage, I was able to find an employee quickly and he was able to direct me where I needed to go. Just after I found what I was looking for the employee showed up to make sure I found it. As my item was located in the back of the store I was able to get the lay of the land and the layout and organization did make sense. Still if an employee was not available overhead signage or a store map would make it easier for a customer to find what they were looking for. In general the store was clean, nothing was obstructing the aisles, and it appeared as if things were well stocked. Checkout was fast, friendly, and efficient.They have a loyalty program that I declined, but it may be beneficial to someone that shops here on a regular basis. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend shopping here if you see something they advertise you want, you get a referral as I did, or if you are looking to say a few bucks. I am very happy with my purchase, it had great value. The same manufacturer is sold on Amazon.com for $20-30.00 more depending on the seller who is offering it.

They had a lot of odd color combinations, perhaps because they are an outlet store and not a department store, that I did not find appealing and were somewhat lacking in something that appealed to me (white or black dominant colors). Their prices seemed to be a little lower than the major chains and their sales seemed to be a little bit better than what you see at the department stores. Nasty. I went to service counter to make a return. Pam and Amy were in the middle of conversation which was Pam chastising Amy for staffing decisions. This went on as I stood there. Amy didn't know what to do. Pam was raising her voice as she was questioning Amy on other decisions made. I asked for the help of a particular manager I had already spoken to. Pam refused, calling another manager. Pam and Amy continued to say that Kroger didn't carry the brand I was trying to return, although they did. The second manager handed me a $20 bill. I refused to take and settled at $5. Earlier Pam had given me a prepaid sticker for an alternative. I offered it back to her and she yanked it off my hand. In case you're wondering, I was returning sanitizing wipes that were moldy when opened. And for proof I took a picture of another pack of wipes I purchased in that Kroger, with a reduced price sticker that is Kroger's. Since the pandemic, there have been several different items I have not been able to get for my family that they love. Some prices have really sky rocketed on some items as well. Aldi sometimes has a nice house plant selection too, when they are watered and taken care of. The store is cleaned and products are not in the aisle ways. The shelves are typically always full, unless it doesn't come on the truck. Or the supplier just isn't sending it.
