She said no I'm sorry I have a $20. He caught the biggest attitude with her, rolling his eyes and asked if she had a credit card or debit card to use instead... she said no, only a $20 bill. The lady remained nice throughout his rudeness... when he finished giving her the change owed to her she said thank you. He rudely ignored her and started ringing up my items. She said "Sir, I said thank you". He looked at her with a pissed off look and told her he was busy helping the next customer and was done with her. Then proceeded to tell me how difficult some customers could be. My only regret is not standing up for the lady who was bullied by Gregory. She was nothing but kind throughout his unnecessary tantrum that no customer should have to experience.

Today I went into store 00712 by surprise there are boxes piled sky high , were you can't even get a cart through the aisle but it is a safety issue (let someone have box's fall on them lawsuit) . Nothing was easily accessible to reach on the racks barley any product for cleaning was on the shelves not to mention digital coupons don't work at check out. We take time to browse through coupons that are offered on your website to save money , in turn to see no saving at the cash register. Staff is uncertain on how to handle the issue of digital coupons not working . Maybe if you would hire more then 2 employees to work on a Saturday shift the store could get back to some normalcy and in turn become organized and safe to walk through. It's shameful on how staff is not valued enough to have extra hands during the Christmas season to help alleviate the flow of productivity not to mention probably not paid enough that is why staff won't stay . Shame on the Ceo or any management that has allow for this down fall . Check your store's. Called corporate on hold 54 mins as of now .

Well tgey didn't have any so i figured I'd still look around the store thinking maybe I'd find something else instead. There was another worker there pushing a very stacked to the top cart holding a lot of christmas decorations, office supplies and such. Well she was laughing and cutting up with the first girl that was so polite to ne when i first walked in tgat she didn't see me on the isle. If i hadn't have moved all those boxes stacked on that cart would have pummeled on top of me and caused some serious injury. Instead of apologizing she looked shocked for a moment and then busted out laughing. I was like "Are you serious right now! Whats your name!?" And she disappeared. I finally make it up to tge counter with a few items and im waiting at tge register where the girl that laughed was standing at breaking down a box. I must have been there for about 2 min or so while she carried on talking to the first girl that was polite. I said " Excuse me. Don't mean to interrupt but can you ring me up?" She replied "Dis register aint working you need to go to da other one." I was dumbfounded and pretty pissed. So now i walk over to the other register and the once polite girl is talking about how she don't care if she loose her job but she aint giving nobody her name so tgey can file a complaint on her. Her words " I mean.. I aint gone help get me fired lol." Unacceptable! I mean they turned their badges around and everything. Will I go back to this location.....
