My first issue was when it asked over the phone if I wanted to automatically renew my prescription. Sounded easy so I said yes. It had an issue and I had to do it manually anyways because it renews too early. Maybe they should fix that.... Anyways, the next issue I had was when I got prescribed some small things. They denied me and said to go buy them off the shelves. By the way, that's illegal. You cannot deny someone a prescription for any reason. The price is different if it is prescribed by a doctor. Technically I could sue or press charges but it's not worth it. And lastly, the other issue was when I called to refill my prescription and it was already being refilled. I had to go through the whole list still which was annoying. I had canceled the automatic refill by then. The call I got told me some ungodly amount of money. So I called. The lady on the phone told me the insurance didn't cover a 90 day supply. So I said it's usually a 30 day supply and I just wanted it fixed. She told me the doctor put it as 90 day supply. So I responded saying it's never been an issue before and she argued with me. Then when I asked why it was an issue now when it never was, she interrupted me to say she would fill it correctly for me. Literally that's ALL I wanted from that conversation. I didn't need some rude lady to argue and interrupt. I had no idea why my prescription was done differently this time when I've been consistently refilling it for months. It is clear that some of the workers here are incompetent and rude. Many seem nice! But whoever I talked to on the phone was rude and whoever refilled the prescription was incompetent. Don't go here if you value quality of prescription. Which... you know... is for your health...

Today, I drove a long distance to this store because they carry the Vital Pursuit frozen meals I wanted, and I also picked up some chicken. When I got home and started dividing the chicken into portions, I immediately realized it was completely rotten. Having this happen a second time is unacceptable. I can only comment on my experience in their drive thru COVID testing, but I've used this location…read moremore times than I care to admit. No one wants to take a COVID test, at least that's my opinion, but when you do, drive thru is the way to go. I found this location had it when I did a search online for local pharmacies that did drive thru testing. I went onto the site, booked an appointment time, was sent a confirmation, and was on my way. This was easy to do, and they send you the directions of the info you'll need when you pull up to the drive thru testing. This location is kind of tucked away, but you can get into it by either going through the Winn-Dixie parking lot or there's a light where a storage facility is. I pulled in, drove around, and waited my turn for the test. Be patient, because these pharmacists/techs are doing double duty, they're helping those getting prescriptions and those that need to be tested. Also be aware that if someone is taking a longer time with the pharmacist, it may be because they have multiple people in their vehicle that need to be tested and you have to do each test individually. Anyway, I took my test, followed the directions and dropped it into the container. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. You'll receive your results in 24-48 hours via mobile text or via email. Pros: -Easy process to follow -Ability to make an online appt -Helpful staff -Never have to leave your car Cons: -COVID Tips: If you feel like you may have it or have been exposed, get tested.
