I had lunch in the food court and I knew I would come here next for the concentrated room sprays. They are up to $8.95 now, but you only need one squirt at a time. The lady in the doorway, was young and I felt like she was a wee bit aggressive, but I do admit I was in a hurry to get back home. I usually decline help and shop on my own. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to the area where the product was in. Some of the sprays can be too intense and strong. I told her about that. So she jumped in to action and sprayed about six different sprays on a test strip-which was very helpful to me. What could have taken thirty minutes, only took five minutes. She also mentioned to me that they were on sale 2/$16.00. I was only going to purchase one. But, with the sale knowledge-I purchased two. Thanks going out to the young lady that helped me so fast. Pros-great products, so many options from candles to soap, room spray, hand sanitizer and so much more. Pros:great location in the Avenues Mall-right across from the food court(upstairs). I always love coming into this store. But today was so especially nice. I had purchased a perfume and the bottle had a defect and was never made properly and was missing a piece of the sprayer inside. I had to return it and the manager Jodi was so helpful. I looked around the store a while and smelled all the perfumes and found the best sales. The manager went so out of the way to help me. And the employee Bri was so sweet and cheerful and helpful too. Every time I come to this store I can count on them going way above and beyond but my social anxiety makes me sometimes want to avoid malls. Having such good experiences lately and especially today legit reminded me of why the mall and shopping is so fun again. I smell amazing. Feel confident and loved the employees each time. 10/10. There are so many new things to find too I had no idea this store offered. Not just candles and perfume. I got dry shampoo and body glitter today! The manager said a quote too. I love Bath & Body. Or rather, I should say, I'm completely addicted to Bath & Body. I even have my hubby addicted now. He refuses to use anything but their shower gel now. LOL Shhh don't tell him I told you that and I'll keep my fingers crossed that I write so many reviews maybe he'll miss reading this one! LOL I'm with Marie F., when they have their killer sales going on, I do some serious stocking up! One can never, ever have too many Bath & Body products! Not only do we only use their shower gel, but we also only use their hand soap and their hand sanitizer. It was just about a year ago I fell in love with their foaming hand soap and we've used nothing since. I have never found another soap where you get every single drop out of the bottle, but you do with their foaming hand soap. There's literally nothing left. I don't know how they made this possible. And their little hand sanitizers that you can get 5 for $5 in the nicest scents and then you can buy the cute little carrying cases for them which you can hang off your purse. Love them! No matter where I am, I always have hand sanitizer handy. I also have all kinds of sprays, mists, lotions, etc. LOVE! Employees in the store are always so friendly and helpful. There's usually someone standing near the entrance to welcome you and ask if you're looking for anything in particular. Sometimes I just simply can't find what I'm looking for (usually it's staring me right in the face) and there's always an employee nearby who will take me right to the product. Sign up for their emails. I get emails just about every day from them. But I don't care because if there's a sale going on at Bath & Body, I want to know about it! Bath & Body is the ONLY store I let send me that many emails and I'm happy to get them! Cool thing is, if it's a coupon they send you in your email, you don't have to print it, just show them the email on your phone and it's a done deal! Also, when you check out, they usually put a coupon in your bag which will be good on your next visit, so make sure to take a look at that and see what the deal is and also make note of when it will expire so you can make use of it in a timely manner. One negative thing I have to say about Bath & Body and I hate to have to do this, is their candles and car air fresheners are not very good. The car air fresheners do not work at all. Period. But I had my receipt and took it back to the store and they gave me a refund with no questions asked. As for their candles, they smell good, but they burn quickly and the aroma doesn't really fill the room. You practically have to be sitting on top of the candle to smell it. Get your candles from Yankee Candle. There's a reason they cost so damn much.. it's because they are the best. I've bought a couple of candles from Bath & Body, but I won't do it again. I really enjoy this Bath and Body Works. It is easy to get to as well as easy to get in and out of while at the Avenues Mall. It is on the lower level. I usually enter through JC Penny. The service has always been great. When it is slow, the associates have offered to walk around and help me find a new scent and anything else I want. The store can get pretty busy on the weekends and the lines can be slow sometimes but that is true with pretty much any Bath and Body Works. I love the seasonal scents and while I cannot use the shower gels, I do enjoy the home products such as candles and wall flowers. I love all of the different and seasonal designs for the wall flowers. read more

This store has a horrible selection of hand sanitizer spray. Even the small outlet stores carry more than 3 smells in every other bath and body works I've been to. In addition, the cashier refused to let me pay the change in coins. My total was $8.60. I had told him before he even touched the computer "hold on. I think I have the change" as soon as I handed him a $20. He immediately goes "don't worry about it" which didn't make sense as it was 60 cent and went to typing on the computer so I dig out the change quickly and set it on the counter. He goes to pull out the money and pulls out $11 before going to pull out change to which I said "it should be $12 even. I have the 60 cent right here" and he refused to take it. Instead he insisted on handing me 40 cent in all dimes. I'm not a huge complainer but straight up refusing to take change when I told him before he punched in the $20 that I had the coins is ridiculous. I'm assuming he just didn't want to count the change. It's not a huge deal but absolutely ignoring everything I said and doing whatever he wanted is horrible customer service. read more

Have loved their products since I was a kid, and love the fact that they are constantly creating new scents and products! I especially loved my free item that I was able to get thanks to Facebook! A few days ago I was scrolling through my news feed section on Facebook when I stumbled on an offer for a free travel size lotion of shower gel of your choice, all you had to do was click on the offer and they sent me a code for the product to my email address. Since the offer expired yesterday 10/20/13 I hit Bath and body works first, picked out my free travel size body wash in the scent of my choice and proceeded to the register, I showed the sales associate my email that I had received them on my phone and free item without having to purchase anything! read more

Been here plenty of times and always love the smell of the different scents that goes on in the store. The store has friendly staffs, organized items, and great samples. I always like to find anything that is spring or summer scents as they are the best smells. Every time I get a coupon in the mail, I come in and spend my good earned money (I deserve it lol). The items I always buy are the body wash and hand soaps. I can never get enough of them and I always find them useful than the lotions (I'm picky with lotion as there are certain ingredients in sensitive to). Body wash and hand soaps are the way to go. They also have great sales throughout the year and this time they had the semi-annual sale (I call it the year end sale). A lot of variety of items you can choose from. :) read more

I went to the downstairs location and was quite pleased with the service. My mom and I were greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. Of course we said no, but because the lady saw that I was holding coupons decided that I needed to see the other things that were on special. I ended up listening to the ladies whole spiel and even let her show us so fragrance mists. While some people might like that kind of selling tactic I typically prefer the - ask me when you're ready or have any questions- kind of approach. I went to the upstairs location because I had purchased a defective body spray from another location (it was missing the straw inside and wouldn't spray) I wanted the same scent just a new bottle but they were sold out of it at every location I tried. Melanie the MOD (who was super nice and helpful) went above and beyond to help me and even called customer service herself to explain the situation. Customer service got back to me super quickly (they were super friendly as well) and they ended up overnighting me a brand new bottle. It has been awhile since I've been in a Bath & Body Works and I think after my recent experience I may think twice next time. I fully appreciate a greeting and acknowledgement when I walk in, and to be asked if there's anything in particular I'm looking for or something the sales associate can help me with. That is expected, and I always am kind and pleasant, in this case I smiled and said no thank you just looking. I was then bombarded by a different sales person every time I moved to a new section of the store. I repeatedly smiled and said ok thank you, or no I'm just looking, and the sales associates continued to try and interject into me and my boyfriend's conversation, asking me if I liked that certain product, trying to show me others, or just telling me about the sale when I was literally standing right in front of the sign that explained the sale. (3 for $12.50, not that difficult to understand). I literally ended up making a hasty decision and picked my 3rd item just so I could get out of the store. I don't know if the sales associates make a commission or what, and maybe this pushy obnoxious sales approach works on some people, but I have been in various customer service and sales roles since I was 16 years old and I can tell you the average consumer does not appreciate this approach, and you will often lose a customer that way. The sales associates need to be taught how to be helpful and courteous, but also when to leave someone alone... Just a thought from a very annoyed customer. read more
