In my 50 years of living I've only seen one other mall with a higher percentage of closed up store fronts and that was a town about half the size of Holland. Save your time and go to the Rivertown Crossings mall in Grand Rapids if you're looking for an afternoon at the mall.

This place was absolutely phenomenal! It was warm, welcoming and inviting upon walking into the store. Easily accessible through the Main Street this place features ample amount of parking. The store is well stocked and inventory. Features many health food items, snacks, supplements and many other things that a health food store normally provide. I've been shopping at Harvest Health for decades, starting in Grand Rapids. I've been to all the…read morelocations through the years, and all have been consistent until I started stopping at the Holland store. It just doesn't have the vibe of the other stores. It seems like the people working in this store aren't very enthusiastic or eager to help. Last time I went there (within the past month) they were out of 3 things I specifically stopped there for (one of the was just organic ground beef - the cooler shelves were bare). Another of the things was in the skin care aisle, and there was an empty box where the item had sold out. I asked the employee if they happened to have any in back. She told me they didn't, so I asked if she knew when they might get their next delivery (this is actually a common question at Harvest Health and they usually know when the Red Rooster bread will come in, or the Hilhof milk or whatever. The manager happened to be walking by, so she stopped her and told her what I was looking for and if it should come in soon. She just kept walking as she said she didn't know. Later she was by the registers and just seemed really unfriendly as if she were bored being there. Much better experiences when I go to the Hudsonville location or stop at the health food store on S. Washington in Holland.

A Walmart delivery driver crashed through my garage door two days ago after hitting the accelerator…read moreinstead of the brake, damaging my car that was parked inside while delivering my order. I have a police report and have reached out to Walmart delivery but have not received a response.The driver took a photo of the damage that now appears in my Walmart account as proof of delivery. I have the driver's information but he could provide no insurance details, and I am completely stuck at home because the garage door will not open and my car is trapped inside, which means I now have to find rides to work until this is resolved. This has turned into a major disruption to my life overnight.

When I told the guy to get the police that were literally across the street (since he said he "had my plates") he kept cussing and cussing. Don't think me writing this review means I was a saint by any means. The same way they were rude, I was just as rude back. Check this, they did this all in front of my 2-year-old daughter. Talked to me as if I'm not a man? What a sad store this is that you have no regard for a young child in the car. Why couldn't the managers be nice and ask me kindly to stop recording if they were that nervous about it? Why instantly call me a bitch ass prick? What a wonderful target I spend thousands of dollars a year at treats me.
