The thin crust is amazing, as is the cheesy bread, and the regular crust. The bonus of this stop doubling as a pizza joint is that it's open when other locales wouldn't be i.e. evenings before holidays. We always call ahead, as I would advise others to do. It doesn't take long and then it's obvi fresh. Port Sheldon Party Store is definitely what they call a hidden gem.

The lunch is serviceable but nothing fancy, the cinnamon rolls were a big hit with the table, and the pies were ok I think, but not up to our family's extremely high standards for Great Lakes area pies. And the wooden chairs were pretty uncomfortable. It got us out of the house, but I think it's overhyped as a destination.
