I have people who don't even like turkey love my turkey. I have purchased from Bob's Butcher block. In looking at the reviews, I have never seen anyone handle meat and money without putting on and taking off gloves. They are very conscious about that. As far as meat being tough, that is a chef problem, not a cut of beef problem. If you are having problems with tough meat, it is most likely due to not understanding how different cuts of meat need to be prepared. Some need to be slow roasted, some need to be seared and left medium to medium rare. The staff are knowledgeable on how to cook the meat. There are also 1 million videos out there on YouTube on how to cook/slow cook/fry/roast/grill your meat.

I tried the sweet and the spicy and both were meh. I did not try the mustard sauce. I wanted to like the place. I love BBQ and want LOTS of good BBQ joints to exist. But, when I read this on the website, "Holy Smokers BBQ has won many awards for their delicious Que! They still compete...in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois.
