As a browser, I love to walk down every aisle and be amazed at what I find not only for what it is, but also for what value can be received. Of course I put a couple of these valuable USB to C cable in the shopping cart. It is getting full now as we headed towards the checkout counter. Since I didn't want to lug a massive tree around while continuing to shop, I came back later for more purchases. This time, I went to a different cashier who, to put it bluntly, looked as old as the state of Georgia. She demanded my ID for a transaction over $50. When I told her (with the same attitude she gave me) that I wasn't asked for ID when buying the tree, she shot back with, "It's always been our policy." Clearly, this isn't true--it's inconsistent and fake. If that's the policy, why wasn't it enforced earlier? The whole experience was aggravating and made worse by the cashier's poor attitude and lack of understanding of customer service. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this store to anyone. Not only is the service subpar, but outdated policies--or poorly trained staff--make for a frustrating shopping experience. It's probably time to reevaluate both your policies and your employees.

This place is a nice find if you are trying to put together a house on a budget with nice items…read more It has a little bit of everything for the home - usually everything from flatware, stemware, odds and ends accessories, and last but not least furniture. They usually try to sell whole bedroom suites at a fraction of the price you'd find in the store. Additionally they have furniture for about every room in the house, including sofas, occasional tables, entertainment centers, etc. Since it's a second hand type store (not thrift mind you) the selections change, and they do rotate things in from the back warehouse in frequently, so even weekly trips are usually met with something different than the last visit. Sometimes it's beneficial to ask them for something you might be looking for as they might have it in the back or might have it rotated back out of the showroom. Most of the pricing is fairly aggressive, some of it I find on occasion to be off but typically if an item has sat for a while, you might be able to negotiate on it, especially if you get to know the staff. The reason I put this on 5 stars, although the store might not blow you away on your first visit, I've gotten a lot of good deals here, and I find that in comparison to other second hand stores this is a definite stand out.
