I didn't realize that I had to get a truck for my bed but thought that I could put it my SUV, I had asked to come back tomorrow to get it. A guy started hollering @ me that I needed to get it today, I reported it to the manager he appeared to be nice @ first until I asked for the name of the man that hollered @ me and his name. He was very rude, hollering out that I needed to leave opening the door out into the parking lot in a rage. I hollered back telling the Manager not to hit me. I have never been treated so bad!

It is sometimes hard when you are looking for something very specific. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and I fell in love with the store. There are two levels of booths and they run the gamut from more junk to wonderful antique pieces. The prices are also varied but overall reasonable. I was amazed that I actually found several pieces that were wonderful and would work perfectly. Then it was just a matter of picking the one that would work best. The price on the antique that I chose was so much better than what I would have paid in the Atlanta area. I was thrilled. And even more thrilled with finding just the right pieces to put on top to finish the look, Checkout was fast and the sweet lady at the register was so helpful with helping us try out different pieces to complete the look. I will definitely look forward to coming back again soon.

Just got our shipment from this auction house, where we spent over $11000. There was no packing…read moreslip, so we have no way of verifying if everything is actually shipped. A third party seller charges an exorbitant amount $400. No lots identified, and the two boxes we got weighed less than 10 lbs. Even at the most expensive postage is $50. Packing materials at most $10. So an outside party charged $340 to just wrap everything and stuff it in a box. With no packing slip. We have had to go back to the online site the auction house used and pull up every item to see if it is there. We already have something we don't think is even ours. I imagine buying in person is a great experience, but buying from this company online is something you do at your own peril.

They offer furniture restoration classes through Tri-county Furniture. I wanted to enroll, so I called. The guy who answered didn't know what I was talking about so he put the reciever on the counter without putting me on hold (thud) and screamed something unintelligible that sounded like, "Momma, come an' git the phoaaaaaaan." Momma hollered back, thundered down the stairs and informed me that classes were $140 a pop. So I hung up disappointed...it was awkward...and it didn't end there. Twenty minutes later, I recieved a voicemail, "Hi, I was just calling to figure out if this was the number of a person who was trying to call about a furniture class. If you could call back..." ...I've decided to let this particular opportunity pass me by. Probably my loss.
