The Starbucks worker (young guy with long dark hair) made us another coffee free. These people were so kind and quick to help. And the coffee was great.

She was courteous about it, and simply explained that the store already had several of the items I was trying to sell...period. I noticed that their merchandise did not seem to be heavily discounted at all; she explained that only happens when an item doesn't sell and finally goes into the clearance pile. I'd go there to look for a TV (or whatever), but I would not assume that something is a bargain just because it's in a pawn shop. Quite the contrary! (Their mark-up rate appeared to be about 200%!)
