My brother in law ordered a coffee and ended up spilling it all over the floor and himself. Four or Five employees from the grocery department came over immediately and helped clean it up. The Starbucks worker (young guy with long dark hair) made us another coffee free. These people were so kind and quick to help. And the coffee was great.

The aisles were wide and clean and they were well marked. I was able to find what I wanted fairly easily considering I had never been here before. Associates: Check out was quick and smooth. The associate was polite and professional. When you need something, this is a nice place to stop in order to pick up groceries.

On the other hand, the prices in the store are typically outrageous on furniture that is barely above junk status. I could take her offer or leave it, and she honestly did not care which. She was courteous about it, and simply explained that the store already had several of the items I was trying to sell...period. I noticed that their merchandise did not seem to be heavily discounted at all; she explained that only happens when an item doesn't sell and finally goes into the clearance pile. I'd go there to look for a TV (or whatever), but I would not assume that something is a bargain just because it's in a pawn shop. Quite the contrary! (Their mark-up rate appeared to be about 200%!)
