I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes after calling several times to wait and be hung up on until I finally got ahold of someone in the front who had to walk to the back and tell them to answer the phone, to be told it would be atleast an hour and a half for a single prescription. (They'll be closed in an hour and a half btw). This pharmacy has gone to shit with the new pharmacy manager and it has become a LITERAL joke among doctors' offices and other pharmacies, who make fun of how awful they are. Do better Walgreens, care about your patients.

I have probably had 80% positive or non-dramatic interactions compared to 20% negative or head-scratching moments with the pharmacy staff. This is one of the cheaper places for beer, wine & liquor. There is free, ample parking all around the lone-standing building - and it's a way nicer Walgreens than the other one in town. One of the older ladies who works the register was scanning my items not long ago and asked me if I knew which movie the song over the PA was from. The song I think was Robert & Johnny's "We Belong Together." I knew the song, but was befuddled as to the movie... She kept scanning & said it was this movie with this red car that was jealous. She talked to me like I knew her for years, but this was the first time I had ever seen her. "It had a girl's name." I smiled. "Christine?" I asked her. Her eyes lit up, "Yeah. That's it! Christine." It was a funny moment in time. If you've seen the movie, you might understand why we were laughing. Now when I see her she smiles bigger than all the times I'd seen her before. And I await the next movie/soundtrack quiz...

And my kid had to walk around the store on the scooter they use because employees ran/fast walked to where the cart my kid and I was going to grab for us to use today and took it cause someone else I'm guessing that needed it lol and due to not having a cart and them humiliating my kid every time we go in my kid rode the scooter thing and the leg gave out today and caused my kid to fall and hurt the leg they had surgery on. I sure didn't keep my mouth shut either. Very rude and unprofessional for sure. We did talk to a manager but what good that will do I'm sure they are friends or related or friends of relatives so. The manager sure didn't seem like it was a huge concern and was rude at first. Talk about discrimination wow. We even had an employee tell us a door greater was talking trash and saying my child was faking the injury with a boot on and scooter lol just to use an electric cart. And it's actually illegal to question someone's disability anyhow. I went in to get an oil change on a Thursday for an upcoming weekend trip. Everything was okay except for the fact the employees left an iPad and a huge stick in my car. Whatever right? That following Monday my check oil light came on as I was making my way back into town and it freaked me out because I have never ever had my oil light pop up and of course I only went a couple days before to get it changed. I walk in to the automotive department and the person behind the desk was not giving me a helpful explanation as to why my oil light would pop up and then turn off after I just got it changed. The employee let me know if it does it again to bring my car back in... surprise! It happened again on the next Sunday! At this point I had someone else outside of Walmart help me take a look at what's going on and my oil was LOW barely had anything left and my cap for my windshield fluid was off! I took it back and they topped the oil off but they said if it pops up again to get someone else to look at it because it's outside of their knowledge basically. Funny how my check oil light never came on until they touched my poor car. Run far away from this place.
