Why is almost everyone so rude. Must start at the top honestly. And the gas station lord have mercy that place is so nasty all the time. Some of the guys and younger ladies you see cleaning and up doing but they are rude in their too. That's why I've taken my business and told my men to not get diesel from there anymore. I live near dallas but I was in Levelland for my grandfathers funeral this past weekend. My sister, her husband, their baby & I went to the starbucks inside. My brother in law ordered a coffee and ended up spilling it all over the floor and himself. Four or Five employees from the grocery department came over immediately and helped clean it up. The Starbucks worker (young guy with long dark hair) made us another coffee free. These people were so kind and quick to help. And the coffee was great. read more

I've picked up food from the deli several times for lunch. Food is always good and fresh. The staff is friendly and they're always willing to serve. This United has a deli, bakery, and pharmacy. This supermarket is very neat & organized. They also have a Starbucks! So this store has pretty much everything. read more

The black female barista at the Starbucks NEEDS more training! She constantly messes up orders. I go in there almost daily and she put coffee in my chia tea, then the next time she forget to put coffee in my coffee drink, REALLY! Management needs to get off their butts and put some effort into training. read more
