Majority of the cosmetics are handled poorly, 75% broken or not sealed properly in packaging to be hygienic enough to be sold. Kind of gross honestly . I would avoid makeup purchases here anyways because of the possibility of them being expired, if they weren't already all opened and broken or handles so rough and just laying in piles . I found tons of palettes in packages but upon further inspection they were broken inside too. However, was excited to see that they have such a large selection of workout clothes and most everything was marked clearly to figure out pricing. Normally $8.49, the sale offered a price of $4.49 with the purchase of 4. The soda we use had only 3 on the shelf and a worker found no more in stock. I took the 3 to check out. At checkout, I offered to pay for 3 at the sale price or pay for 4 at the sale price and get a rain check for the 4th. Management, after verifying for themselves that there were only 3 in stock, declined indicating the sale price was not coming from Russ's themselves but from a supplier. Why that mattered was not explained. Nor was a rain check offered. Admittedly, the soda I wanted was not a large selling item but only 3 in the store with a sales offer requiring the purchase of 4 seems like bait and switch

However, due the true pandemic and recent global disturbances, supplies are sometimes disrupted. My particular favorite item to pick up is the packaged fish snacks.
