You just need to fill out a card with your name and order and put it in the box and the workers will get your stuff ready as you do the rest of your shopping. You will find a lot of bulk items here that they have packaged into smaller more useful quantities. They have homemade noodles in varying degrees of sizes as well as homemade bread from a local bakery. They have also started carrying homemade donuts from a local bakery as well but did not have any available the day I was there so if donuts is what you're coming for you may want to check and make sure they have some. There are a few shelves with all natural products such as vitamins and herbs. You'll also find things like socks, underwear and kids toys. Truly a variety store! This place is located in the heart of Amish country and so outside you'll notice a large hitching rack for tying the horse and buggies to. They also have a decent sized parking lot for cars as well.
