I did not get a chance to visit every store while on a time limit but I am happy with what I spent within my budget for the quality of items I purchased. I enjoyed shopping at the Adidas store. They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.

I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.

He's been right there getting the produce area fixed and getting the shelves stocked. They have always had some good and helpful employees, but management was a stumbling block IMHO. This manager (who came from Zebulon by the way) is really making a difference. By the way, their optician is TOPS.

If you're worried about theft, use your Loss Prevention team and review your camera footage... That's what they're paid to do... Quality is more important to me than being a low price, as something that will last years is a better value than something that will just last a short time. Before, I noted that the majority of items were made in China and the store lacked locally made products or handcrafted pottery. I appreciate locally made products and the craftsmanship. So it is disappointing that these products are not available. It does have a large craft section for those looking for something similar to a Michaels store. Outdoor furniture seemed to be another big seller. It is a busy store so some seem to like it. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other stores. Most of these outlet stores tend to price high. I do not see myself returning here ever.

Stopped in today 3/24/26 @11:20am to buy a small garden flag and there wasn't anyone working a…read morecheckout register. There were 2 ladies that were sorting merchandise near the check out area so I walked back & forth and asked if there was a register open. At that point 'Georgia' said not very nicely "go to register 1". I smiled & said thank you as she was clearly agitated. As I was checking out there was a prompt on the kiosk about the Loyality program. I was curious but she clearly wanted me to hurry up, making a sigh when I hesitated to finish the transaction because I wanted to know about the program. I didn't ask as she made me uncomfortable enough by being so agitated just walking over to ring up 1 item. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. It's unfortunate that she doesn't want to help customers when that is what she should be there to do.
