I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there. The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business. On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant.

While checking out, I noticed I was not getting the discount. I questioned the staff about it and they said that I was wrong. I showed them the sign and one of them took the sign down with me watching her, and told me they had made an error and that the sign was incorrect. She then took the sign down with me watching. I asked for a manager, and took the sign to the manager and they still would not give me the advertised price. I feel they should have honored the advertised sale.

Per the website I took the items in without an appointment. I was greeted with an attitude since my items were all on hangers from the cleaners. I was told they would only be accepted folded and in a bin or basket. I told the young lady that it would be nice if that was on the website. She said "it's on there somewhere you just didn't look". I went and got a bin, folded the clothes and returned at 10:20. She checked in my tote and told me it would be 2-3 days before I'd hear from the store. At 3:00 the same afternoon I received a text that they were unable to buy any of my items and that I had until the end of the day to pick them up. I called the store and asked if I could pick up the items the next day I was told, "if they're not picked up today they will be donated". My wife was nearby, she called and asked if she could pick up for me. She was told it had to be me. So I drove back to the store from Odessa to pickup the items. When I asked why they couldn't be bought she told me because of the smell. Total lie, they came from a smoke free home, some had only been worn once and all had been dry cleaned before attempting to sell. I'm attaching some photos as proof. The customer service from Lupita, I asked for her name, was as poor as I've ever experienced. I will never be back. Be aware!
