TL:DR - This place has great items at great values. But I'd steer clear of buying any high prices…read moreelectronics or "machines" like vacuums or instant pots. This place isn't an authorized retailer which may affect your warranty. In addition, buying returned items opens them up to scammers. I stopped in here while the wife was shopping in front of the plaza. Was really excited since we were about to move and this place has just about everything at super cheap prices. They have clothes, shoes, kitchen stuff, rugs, couches and so much more. My wife and I ended up spending over $600 on an instant pot, Dyson V11, bathroom towels, electric kettle, and pots/pans. After 4 months, only the towels, pots/pans, and electric kettle are still with us and working. As soon as we got home with the Dyson V11, we quickly realized that someone had previously bought a V11, replaced it with a v10 (the previous year's model) and returned it in an effort to scam the clubstore out of money/a newer model. Not only was it the wrong model, but it was heavily used and had used nail clippers in the box. Thankfully the store has a 30 day no questions asked return policy, but the worker tried arguing with me that it was the V11 when it clearly was not, which was super frustrating. Now after just 4 months, the instant pot stopped working for zero reason, and the instant pot company won't replace it under warranty because the clubstore outlet isn't an authorized retailer. All in all, I think the clubstore outlet provides great value for non electronic items, like towels soap, shoes, etc, but I'd never by any high value item here again.

Everything without a price tag is $1.75. To help you figure out pricing of other items, there are signs posted throughout the store. If you are still perplexed, you can ask an associate. They play an overhead recording telling you to do so. I will admit, they have a decent variety of items for the small store. However, the quality was lower than the low prices and were not worth a purchase. The kitchen items scare me, I would not use them. Before my visit, I was excited that they were opening in Brentwood and Chesterfield. After my shopping experience, I will not be returning here or visiting the new stores when they open.

For two people, to feed two people. I told the girl, you can only ring up $23 on my food stamp card. That's all I have. She rang it up for the full amount, which was $26.61. Well, something happened in her computer that would not let her change it. Or so, she said. So I had to put it on my debit card and that was about all the money I had which left me broke and I had to borrow money because I have a severely disabled son who had to go get his wheelchair fixed. I called the very next day and spoke to the manager and she said she would take it off my debit card and put it on my food stamp card. Well, she put it on the food stamp card, but I've yet to see a refund. And when I call the local store or the corporate office, they say, oh, it takes five to seven days before you get your money back. Other stores can refund it back to your card immediately. Why can't dollar general? Oh, I've got it figured out. That's how they get all these new stores built by ripping people off by getting their money both ways and making money on the interest. If this happens again, when I'm getting ready to use that lousy $23 that I get from the state of Illinois. Maybe I'll go there a closing time with a cart full of groceries. And if it doesn't go through, I'll say, here, you get to put this cart full of groceries away. It's all perishable stuff. And it is closing time. Thank you very much. I'm a senior citizen.
