Sometimes it can be hard to get an attendant to let you into the fitting rooms but once you grab somebody, they're super nice. I've made returns and placed online orders and store and they're always helpful. I also really love their clearance selection which sometimes goes up to 50% off of the clearance price. I am a little annoyed at urban outfitters the larger company because I bought a pair of pants size 25 and they fit really well and when I went to purchase a pair of pants in the same size they were way too small as seen in the picture. I don't know why there's so much range within the same brand and styles pants. But that's not indicative of the workers at this location just the company.
