I ordered a delivery order that was supposed to arrive by 10…read morePM it was delayed did not receive it that night so I picked a time slot early the next morning as I needed these groceries to cook. It got delayed again. Customer service then told me it wouldn't get delivered until the following day so I canceled the order paid for three hour delivery and got my order but when I re-ordered the items they were all at least $.75 more expensive. Truthfully I'm just fed up with Walmart they don't care about their employees or their customers they only care about the bottom line. Still haven't forgotten how they used to refuse to pay overtime and got in alot of trouble for that, thought maybe some of the values had changed but it's just went downhill it's not the same company it was when their motto was Made in America!! they still won't pay their employees a living wage and quite frankly the quality of everything is going downhill dramatically especially clothing with all these new weird feeling materials they've come out with!! Keep it!!

There are now certain items I ONLY buy at Aldi, half and half, OJ, and their own brand of plain bran flakes cereal. They also periodically have "special buys" such as the great lemon and raspberry sorbets they this summer that taste just like the real Italian water ices.Prices can't be beat either!! She stood close enough that I was able to see her out the corner of my eye; had I turned my head we might've kissed. I asked her is she was cool since she was standing so close she said yes and continue standing there. She claimed she though I needed help with my items when there were 4 other people in check out. I didn't ask for assistance yet I only black shopper was being watched. She stood there as I scammed all of my other items, I went to pay and forgot to unlock my debit card. She says that was declined you didn't scan your salmon. She was looking directly at the screen that showed I did. I already had a feeling that she was insinuating that I was stealing, but for her to try and publicly embarrass me is a different issue. I called corporate as they might need to add diversity training to their onboarding. I left my items there as well. I known face in that store. I shop there with my daughter often and have for years. I will be reaching out on other platforms and to an attorney. Enough is enough.

It's negligent for a company to force paying costumes to wait 10-20 mins just to buy milk and eggs. My other issue is their "discount member card". You are NOT given a discount on anything. Just go to Walmart or Target and see that their REGULAR prices are lower then Pick N Saves member card price. This scam is meant for people that don't go here often. People who might not pay attention to the "member discount" price and in reality pay a 30-40% premium vs any other grocery store in the country. The one bright spot is they make their own fresh squeezed orange Juice, which Taste very, very good!

Just because I was curious about the price differences, I did price check a bunch of things I purchased against other box stores and Ollie's prices were indeed better for the exact same thing. With an ever rotating stock, there is always something new to find. The few times I have needed help, someone was available and able to help... unlike the box stores where no one seems to be around nor willing to help without an attitude.
