Great store, I can find everything easily, but just wish they stocked Conecuh sausage!

constant delivery delays and problem. I ordered a delivery order that was supposed to arrive by 10 PM it was delayed did not receive it that night so I picked a time slot early the next morning as I needed these groceries to cook. It got delayed again. Customer service then told me it wouldn't get delivered until the following day so I canceled the order paid for three hour delivery and got my order but when I re-ordered the items they were all at least $.75 more expensive. Truthfully I'm just fed up with Walmart they don't care about their employees or their customers they only care about the bottom line. Still haven't forgotten how they used to refuse to pay overtime and got in alot of trouble for that, thought maybe some of the values had changed but it's just went downhill it's not the same company it was when their motto was Made in America!! they still won't pay their employees a living wage and quite frankly the quality of everything is going downhill dramatically especially clothing with all these new weird feeling materials they've come out with!! The store as a whole (all locations) has lost site of their customer base. Really sad that they followed the rest of the companies. I will be taking my car else where and getting my groceries at 1 of the other 3 supermarkets in the town. They need to realize that people have other options and in todays market those people are going to exercise those options read more

This store is always a mess. The cashier are slow and in no hurry to wait on customers. Also, they usually only have two lanes open.

This is a typical Walmart with everything you need for cheap. It has a large grocery department, auto center, bank, salon, and optomitrist. They also have the typical wacky customers who entertain in the mist bizzare ways. read more

This is hands down the worst Walmart ever. It's always Disorganized, dirty, and low on stock of everything. Not to mention the employees are gross and apparently they don't care about their employees hygiene at all since every single one seems to be un showered and Disheveled But hey that's Fond du Lac. I I used to shop here Out of lack of other choices in the area but I've decided to stop recently. Here's why: I did both my family 's and my father-in-law shopping there. On an almost weekly basis. Usually I pay for my stuff with my card and my father-in-law stuff with his check. Usually it's a big trip but this time it was light. I separated and paid for my order first like I usually do and then had the cashier scan my father-in-law's order.When it came time to pay I handed the cashier my father-in-law's check and ID. He immediately runs off and comes back with two managers. Right off the bat they accuse me of fraud. I pull out my ID as well and show them but I live at the same address as my father-in-law and do his shopping because he is extremely old and immobile for the most part. I remind them that I come in here almost weekly and they don't seem to have a problem taking the check when it's over $200 but this time it's only for 70 so I find that suspicious. They still stand their ground so I offered to pay with my card and they refused. Both sets of groceries were already in the cart so they go sorting through everything saying nothing matches up with the receipt. Keep in mind it's not a self check and I have been standing there the whole time. I tried to explain to them that I haven't paid for the second order yet so that's why nothing is matching up to the receipt but they didn't seem to understand that. Again I offered to pay with my card and that I really needed to get going as I was picking up my son from school in less than 30 minutes. They still refused to let me pay for the rest of the order. I then tried to grab the things that I had already paid for but they tried to stop me. This is when I had to pull out my inner Karen and demand they let me leave with my stuff that I had paid for. Finally the couple behind me in line spoke up and they said why don't you just her pay for her things and move this line along. They try to tell them that I was refusing to pay for the second order and they came back with we all know that's not true as we have heard everything. They concurred with me that I obviously wasn't trying to be fraudulent as I had already paid for more than half the order and even so I was offering to pay for the second half. The manager didn't like that but she finally let me pay for the second half of the order Ridiculous but its not over yet. They tried to stop me out the door and check my order and I told them to go fly a kite. I will never step foot back in there and neither should you if you have other options. read more

Came in here today to grab some dog toys and other misc items decided to stop by the customer service desk to grab some cards and the worker there Brianna was one of the rudest customer service reps ever! She didn't even tell me to have a good day after I told her to! Not coming back read more

A way better experience today than previously. They could still use a little more training in dealing with customers but otherwise a vast improvement. The pharmacist today was pleasant, helpful, honest and informative. I really appreciate it. The rest of the store staff need to learn how to deal with the public on a daily basis. The customers are the ones paying your wages. Without customers you wouldn't have a job. There are cashierless registers and some stores are getting robots to stock shelves. Treat the customers how you want to be treated. A little kindness goes a long way. read more

I'm new to the FDL area and this is the only Walmart for at least twenty miles. Another reviewer is right, their return policy is outrageous! The FDL Walmart seems to think they can make up their own rules specific to this store location. I've found this to be true in other Walmarts as well. Truth be told, you'll find this nonsense everywhere, where you'll come across some lowly employee on a power trip who will make an excuse why they can't help you, yet go to another store and they are able to assist you with no excuses and even a smile! This Walmart needs a management shake up and new employees! I once had to return a $5 item and didn't have my receipt. This Walmart told me they needed my ID, yet I went to a different Walmart and since my item was under $10, no ID was needed! The FDL Walmart goes out of their way to avoid doing their JOB! read more

It's open 24hours. You can pull up a lawn chair and read in the magazine section.Not much staff at night so you can kick soccer balls around. They sell extremely cheap cds and dvds....if you still buy cds and dvds. it isnt too exciting, but considering you're in Fondy..its frickin' Great America. read more

the $3 dollar salads in the wal-mart grocery are delicious!!!! sometimes cleared to $1.50 low-calorie and very good. A+ prices in general are lower than elsewhere. 3 Stars read more

This place is horrid, I can't stand shopping at this so called "Walmart." Right when I walk in- there's workers smiling right at me. It's disturbing, I come here to shop - not communicate. If you can't tell already, I HATE SHOPPING. It's bad enough I have to make time out of my life to buy food. I dislike walmart's prices, especially on the vegan food. I may be healthy but why do you make fatty foods cheap? I am a mom of 5 kids and in a house hold of 7 I can't deal with these obnoxious prices. It pisses me off on how I spend my day in this COLD, NASTY, SMELLY supermarket. PLEASE, fix the smell too- it smells like a rotting fish. Thank you. read more

Very slow service in optical today. I've been waiting for ten min plus. They seem to be having trouble with there systems.

Walmart has a very interesting people it is very entertaining to go there on a Friday night when you have nothing better to do from previous purchases I realize that there's not many cashiers open and there's just workers standing around talking about absolutely nothing yeah so my review is if you want to go there to get entertainment absolutely but if you want to go there to get good service I think you're in the wrong city read more

Don't go to them for bakery. I had my brother pick up a cake for my fathers 75th birthday and the writing was so terrible, I couldve done lots better myself. It also read 'Happy Birthday 75th Dad' Yeah, not impressed at all and I will not be back! read more
