I waited a while to order, paid, was told it would be ready. After 5 minutes, I approached the counter and was told it would be up soon. After 5 more minutes, I was told they were going to work on it. After 5 more minutes, when I approached the counter again, I was told they did not have the items to make it. They had every opportunity to speak to me about it! They asked if I wanted to go another location to pick it up. Very dissatisfied with the service. read more

I wanted to treat myself to a delicious, expensive coffee drink today, so I walked inside to fully embrace my frivolousness. There were at least 3 cars in the drive thru, so I grabbed my phone to occupy myself since it was reasonable I would wait a bit. I stood at the counter while 5 employees were behind the counter. 2 at the window, one messing with a coffee pot, one cleaning, and one making drinks. I waited over 5 min as they passed me by, avoiding eye contact (it sure seemed), and not an acknowledgement of any kind. After a few more minutes of being completely ignored, I left. I do understand they are popular and it takes more than pouring from a pot to a cup, BUT a quick "hi, it'll be a min" would have been greatly appreciated and changed the whole dynamic of my frustrated experience. Ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar with a breakfast sandwich. No sandwich, coffee was black, and it still cost $8.

Clean business. Pretty good customer service but only critique I would have is not so much inner talking behind the bar when trying to get customers their items ASAP. Enough outlets accessible for anyone with a lab top. Pretty chill music read more

Whenever I pull into the parking lot of this Starbucks I think "Whoa, it's busy," but then there aren't nearly as many people inside as you might think. Are they all at Papa Murphy's getting take-and-bake? U.S. Cellular arguing phone bill charges? I don't know man, I'm just glad they aren't actually all at Starbucks like I always think they are. There's pretty much always a place to sit. The people who work there are nice enough. Sometimes I think they're kiiiind of annoyed when I don't know what I want yet, but to be fair, so am I. Why can't I just figure it out? I usually get a sandwich and a latte. Sandwich is made to order, but fast. I usually get, like, the bacon egg gouda on ciabatta or the ham and swiss on a crossaint-bun. These are good sandwiches. The quality of the coffee is exactly what you know you're getting when you go to Starbucks. Do people even review the coffee in a Starbucks review at this point? I really can't. It's Starbucks. You know what it is. What I like most about coming here is the atmosphere. The lighting is cozy, the wood finish is inviting, the WiFi is fast and free. Nice place to come get a little work or correspondence done when your own space gets too distracting. That said, if you want to get distracted here you certainly can. I usually take a little time while my coffee is still hot to eavesdrop on all the people around me. From old friends catching up to people who barely know one another meeting to awkwardly get something accomplished for school or work, it's kind of fun to listen in for a bit. But bring headphones in case it's bad. Sometimes it's bad. For some reason every time I come to this Starbucks I notice that the coat hanger in the bathroom is clearly on the nicer end of coat hangers. At least it's not the super cheapo one you see in most public bathrooms. There's just something sort of comforting about being somewhere where a detail so small was given some thought. Of the two Starbucks in Oshkosh, of course I prefer the one that's much farther from my house. This one has a better layout than the one on Koeller -- for instance, the drink pickup area is closer to the door, rather than buried in the far corner. That being said, there always seem to be a lot of folks camped out with laptops (a peril of any Starbucks), probably due to its proximity to campus. Also, I am all for saving the environment and all that good stuff, but please give me a sleeve on my hot drink. I really hate burning my hand off while I ask for one or look for the basket somewhere. It is a hot drink, ok? So if I need a Starbucks, this is my preference, but not by a wide margin. read more

In General: This Starbucks is the best Starbucks in Oshkosh. It's close to my house and they get your order out fast. The drive-thru is always quick and not a hassle to wait for. The drinks are perfect and made to order. Personal Experience: So I'm quite shy and self-kept when it comes to being in a public place, but this Starbucks is always super nice to me and knows me by name. I always come here often and barely ever have a bad experience. Sometimes on the mobile order, they forget to mark something they don't have, and when you order it, they never mention it unless you go up. However, more often than not they will ask you if you want something else without needing to go up. The staff knows how much I hate going up to the front to ask about an item and try their best to help out. As of recent, I've had someone bring me a food item that I ordered to me and I was so happy about it. The staff truly care about their customers. P.S. Their Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiatos are the best. They put extra caramel drizzle on! read more

This location is awesome. I went up this morning and they were getting slammed with mobile orders and drive thru orders but they still had a smile on their faces. Despite the 10ish people waiting for their mobile order, they made everyone feel like they were important. I am at this location weekly and they never let me down. Day three now I've went to get coffee and Starbucks is closed because the workers are lazy and don't want to go to work. The other side of town is always open there's no excuse. It's highly irritating when you go to get coffee everyday at the same place and google says there open only to show up to a sign on the door that they are closed 3 days straight or just whenever they feel like being closed for the day.
