I had to leave without shopping due to needing a restroom and I did not give them the satisfaction of begging. Yes, I will report them. Others should also. I have never been in a grocery store without a customer restroom. It's not right. And after 3 separate shopping trips to make sure staff were not having a bad day, the rudeness continued and my family will not shop there again.

I did find more carts in the same condition. I emailed corporate with photos, again. I ended up getting an email stating the case was closed. The issue I had with these carts was the potential of germs getting spread by someone cutting themselves and spreading it to the next person who cut themselves.
