The shelves are always well stocked w great variety. The lines can be quite long and slow due to being understaffed, they try their best. I've been submitting my orders online, and they're always ready before time quoted. The young individuals that bring my orders out to curbside are always respectful, and kind. I love to see it. I'll continue to support this business as they continue to make my life so much easier.

Since I do almost all of the grocery shopping for my household, I knew where prices were really fantastic versus not so much. But overall I found great buys here and I plan to sign up so that I will get an even bigger discount the next time. They don't have everything like with a big grocery store but what they do have is fantastic. You can also buy clothing here and other things that your mainstream stores don't have. I came here not long before they close so I didn't have a lot of time to look around but I plan to come back soon and I highly recommend coming here and seeing if you like it as much as I did.

Then she starts making them and she starts listing all the ingredients they don't have that we ordered, if you have an online order service, you need to mark off the ingredients you are out of. So we recustomize our subs and somehow she still messes them up, wrong size, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, added ingredients that we didn't order, wrong bread. And it took her 20+ mins to make 2 subs. Will not be ordering here again.

A few pieces of litter were also visible near the front of the store. These are basic tasks that help maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and they seemed to be overlooked. When I checked out at the self‑checkout kiosks, another employee was pacing around with exaggerated arm and leg movements, appearing extremely bored. He wasn't paying attention to customers or offering assistance, even when it was clear that some shoppers could have used help. His behavior came across as unprofessional and disengaged. Despite these issues, the store itself was well stocked and organized, which I appreciate. The shelves were orderly, and the overall layout was maintained. However, the contrast between the store's condition and the employees' behavior suggests that management may be focusing more on back‑of‑house operations than on supervising the front of the store. I place a high value on strong work ethics and professionalism at every pay scale. These qualities don't depend on the job title--they reflect pride in one's work. Parking was smooth and not taxing on my patience. The music playing was that of a soothing melody and the shelves were stocked. I was able to grab not only what I went for but browse slowly through the aisles and select items that catch my eye. The key to shopping at this Trader Joes is going when the rush is not here. I was in and out but that is not normally a true timing as lines can get down the aisles with an hour wait to check out; making navigating throuhj the aisles and store shopping challenging. The staff for the most part are very helpfull and respectful. The store is tidy for the most part with carts constantly being collected from the outside and placed in the designated area.
