Once inside, I had a chance to browse each section. The plus size section was somewhat non existent, but I managed to snag a few tops and a pair of leggings (which I discovered later had a hole in them, but was able to fix thanks ro my sewing skills) *TIP 1 check all merchandise for holes, tears, missing part, etc Finally I made my rounds in each department, found some people not following the directions in th store. Was able to find a few deals. Check-out line nearly lined all the way to the back of the store, but the CSR's were great. I hope they keep this up.

Unlike Marshall's, I am rarely ever able to find anything in TJ Maxx. It is the rare occasion that I will stop by and find an item or two, but it is never where I find an abundance of any one thing. I have perused a number of sections from beauty to household goods and the beauty section is where I typically find good stuff. For this reason, I stopped by today because I have found that if Marshall's does not have the hair styling products that I like, it is a great chance that I will find it at TJ Maxx. Well, I went to this store yesterday looking specifically for hair products and was able to find quite a bit and the brands that I like. I walked into the store, located what I was looking for and went directly to the checkout line. I really like how structured this visit went, which was a far cry from my usual pop-ins to see if I find anything. Those visits always leave me disappointed.

The staff said they don't as it would be marked as damage and could not be returned. She was kind enough to look online and it was available so I purchased a new one. Best of all when I checked out it was only $13.99. Sweet!! Not sure what the original price was. It was my lucky day! Great customer service!! Utterly terrible customer service for the manager…read more The original employee tried very hard to figure out how to return the items since the items were not showing up on the barcode even though I had proof of purchase and shipping via email from Belk. I appreciated her effort. The manager informed me that it was purchased out of the 90 day policy or that I did not purchase it from Belk. I kept telling her that I had received the items last week and had proof that I had via an email delivery date. When she stated it was not from Belk, I scrolled up on the email showing her "Belk" header. She informed me because it's not from Belk because it is not in the Belk system on their computer. She said that I cannot return the items here. I had drive 3 hours (round trip) to return these items, and she did not give me further guidance as to what to do apart from saying that I cannot return the items despite having the original shipping box, the receipts, and the confirmation email of delivery. What blasphemy is this! At least provide further directions as to what the next step should be.

After they got adjusted to their schedule, the stocking manager asked too much of them and asked for more than what their schedule wanted. it is u fair to put someone in that position And make them become a full time employee when the job title originally was for part time and only the hours I stated above. unless they agreed to work more hours, cool, but they didn't and we have been trying to constantly, consistently change their schedule to make it appropriate but the stocking manager doesn't care about our lives outside of target. and he practically said that he knows we have things going on outside of target , but that shouldn't affect us. Which is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! Because it does. making a part time employee full time without their consent and just putting it on the schedule is INSANE! Also, instead of coming in at 4:30, the stocking manager asked people to come in at 4am instead and people were a few minutes late sometimes and the manager told them they were gonna get fired soon...., that's cool and all BUT if you are the manager, you would expect them to come on time too right? NOPE. He doesn't come in on time at 4am. He has been 10 minutes late or longer. he should really be looking in the mirror. DO NOT WORK STOCK AT THIS TARGET !
