We happened upon this store in a last minute effort to find some supplies that we had absent…read moremindedly forgotten back at home in Sacramento. After some driving back and forth along Main Street, we finally spotted this place, big as life! I guess we didn't recognize the store sign right away, because we were looking for "Dollar Tree". This sign was more specific but it didn't click in our brains at first. The picture logo was there, but the sign itself said "Nothing Over a Dollar Store". Anyway, we were in need of possibly finding some additional wedding decorations, icing spatulas and some wedding favors. I really wasn't expecting to find much here, but the minute we entered, I could tell our hopes would be fulfilled! This place was well organized, well stocked, and pleasantly clean. We found everything we needed and more! (Except purple string lights). Dollar Tree saved our butts and the wedding reception we worked on got rave reviews from the guests! (Too bad they couldn't post it on Yelp)!

The parking lot is a little messy for getting in and out of, but it is what it is. Store's interior is pretty large. There is plenty of space between aisles and they offer a wide range of items: food, drinks, candy, produce, hair care, oral care, etc. I find this one to be a little disorganized at times, but it does offer many items at unbelievably low prices. Hard to say "no" to that. Workers are reasonably helpful, making for a pleasant experience here.

There were a couple of people in line for two checkout stands. I asked one of them if they could open the liquor cabinet for my purchase. They said they would get a manager to assist me. 20 full minutes later, standing there like a bump on a log an employee walks past me (Slowly) to get a bag of chips and then back to the checkout line. THAT was the manager that blew a $100 sale on liquor for a $2 bag of chips. I couldn't believe it. Walked out. I'd rather spend more across the street than to sit there and watch how natural selection works with these yahoos.

She threatened me and told me to leave or she will call the Police!!! so I left. Today 08/09/26 I walked through Food Maxx, I was trying to get out of the sun, it's 106 degrees Fahrenheit, it's as hot as the Mojave Desert, I saw the same Supervisor I waved at her and I walked outside, she hollers at me to get my attention, her what did you steal, me I didn't steal anything... her show me your left pocket, so I showed her what was in my left pocket, I have a pack of sour gummy worms I bought from Walmart here in town a few days ago, she pissed me off!!!
