The selection of bedroom furniture was ok- they did have a big selection of living room furniture though. This is not a complaint. We were happy to not have to drive far. The employee did inform us that several things could be ordered online. She was very helpful, and not pushy at all. We found something we really liked, and it was on a closeout price, so even better! We asked if they could wrap it, and they wrapped in foam and then plastic. Very secure- no need to worry about it getting scratched on the way home. We would definitely check it out again.

She has a sweet style herself and always answers questions about the clothes and jewelry. I have a ton of questions because there is a huge selection. On the first Saturday of each month, they participate in a special event and have free bites and drinks in the back section of the shop, so I always make sure to stop in then. They also have a small vinyl collection and I found a sweet Cannonball Adderley record there. I'm a sucker for vintage jazz records and they have a nice smattering from American and Kansas City greats. If you are in the area, it's a must do.

That was definitely the vibe here. And hey, awfully neat stuff. I know the couple behind the place a little and they are quite the St. Joe entrepreneurs. It's pretty well impossible to respond to knowing Amy and Brian Meyers at all without resorting to just rooting all out for them to succeed at their mission of revitalizing downtown St. Joe. But you know how there are places you WANT to like and root for and all that but... yeah, they aren't places you would take someone from out of town, right? Well, I took my fiance from New Zealand to The Lucky Tiger and was so glad I did. Not just a great little local business, but lots and lots of stuff that looked very good to both of us. Manager said it was inflation. I can buy those jeans for 22 band new at Walmart. Costco brand jeans, Kirkland at 17 here. They are 12.99 brand new at Costco. T-shirts 8 bucks, button up shirts. Her response was if you don't like our prices you don't have to shop here. She said what do I expect, inflation is up gas has gone up minimum wage has gone up. So how does a 6% inflation call for 100% price increase and a rude attitude. Helping the veterans? Helping their profits! Happy veterans' day, thanks for your service, hers your bill. Let me finish by saying the ladies at the counter were very nice and courteous, the manager was just flat condescending and in caring.
