When I mentioned to the cashier that the sign they put up said 2/$5 she shouted at me that she didn't put up the size. At this point I left after leaving them with a few choice words. To be fair the manager offered to honor the price posted (as the law requires). The damaged was done. Today, July 30, my Bride called in an order around 11:30 am to be ready for 5:00 Pm She ordered a pound of unsalted ham and an Italian hoagie without pepperoni. When she picked up the order and checked it in the car, she found they had given her honey ham and included pepperoni on the hoagie. She returned to the deli department, only to be told that they were closed and couldn't fix the mistake. This was particularly frustrating because we needed the order for that evening, not the next day. I'm very disappointed with the recent operation of the deli department. Management needs to take a closer look at what's going on and ensure that customer service standards are maintained.
