Clean store, mostly friendly staff. If I could fix one thing about this store, it would be the plant department. I understand that a vendor brings in the plants, but the neglect I've seen in the department ever since the end of Covid, is just sad and wasteful. This is a clean, large super center and I particularly love the mountains in the background. I like that it is easy to find the items as the aisles are clearly marked. The restrooms are clean as well! They even have a bank here and you can bring your coins here to roll too! I'm pretty sure you can find anything you want here from shirts to health items and more! read more

May 17, 2025, Milford Walmart, 3-4pm. I initially went to Walmart Pharmacy 8 years ago because of their ethical pricing. I was at the pharmacy picking up medication refills. For the last 3 months my medications have been different prices, going up. A med I have paid $8/month for the last 7 years is now $52. I asked why my prescription prices keep changing. The Pharmacy Manager, who was very rude, said Walmart sets the prices not the store. Instead of defusing the situation, like any useful manager, she escalated the situation. As a result I have moved my prescriptions elsewhere. I will also no longer shop at Walmart, I usually spend anywhere from $200-300/month. I will go to our local supermarket and because I buy a lot from the lawn and garden, I will shop at my local Lowes. They have an excellent lawn and garden, and I will use my Lowes card with an automatic 5% discount, that will help offset any increase in pricing. I am a healthcare provider and the patient, and their families are never allowed to be treated rudely. No matter what the situation. The same should be true of any professional working for your company. read more

This is not necessarily a review on the store in Milford perse. The Walmart "new and improved" app as of about 4 months ago has been a total nightmare! It always asks for an additional payment to cover costs even though there is plenty on the current card to cover all costs. It never says why addtl' funds are needed. I have contacted customer care and there is never a definitive answer. Instead they say: "well just give another card and here is a credit of $10 towards your next order" Really? I'm just going to give another card for no reason and smile about it? I have to screenshot the pages of the Walmart cart and shop somewhere else and spend more $$$. read more

This is the main Walmart that I come to for everything that I need. It is always very busy store especially on the weekends. This store is very clean and everything is laid out neatly which makes it a pleasure shopping here. Their deli line can be ridiculously busy and their selections are ok. I literally just downloaded their app because I wanted to use their freeosk which gives get you a free sample of particular new products. What I really like about this app is you can use it as a price checker. It's much easier than looking for their non-existent store price checker. If I am looking for a particular item for example a knee brace. I look online first to see what type they carry. If they don't have the item I am looking for in my store but they do carry it other stores or if the item is cheaper online I will order it online and have items shipped to my store. It's just easier because Walmart does "not" price match from their own website. They do price match from Target and their other competitors. Given the options in this area Walmart is a great place for a one stop shop. read more

I went to Walmart to grab a few things for my step grandmother. I usually HATE going to Walmart because I'm used to the horrible one in Middletown. I have to say I still can't get over how clean and well stocked the store is compared to Walmart in Middletown!! AND they have employees on the floor that are FRIENDLY and WILLING to help find something or tell you what aisle to find something in. And this was on Christmas Eve, during a time when places are under staffed too! I don't shop at Walmart normally but if I need something from Walmart I will take the trip here. It is clear that the employees here do not take covid-19 seriously. I was horrified to see how many store employees - let alone customers - were walking around with their face masks down below their nose. Including the woman whom I had to interact with closely while leaving the store who was checking receipts! This kind of blatant disregard for public safety is inexcusable. (Edit to add: the woman who insisted on seeing my receipt was out there to monitor people entering the store. Whether she was supposed to be checking receipts as well, or merely decided to pick me out to do this because I had a cart full of large items, I don't know. But she got right up close to me with her mask below her nose and did make me show my receipt before I could head to my car.) read more

She works in the garden department and she was so sweet and helpful with my citronella plants. Just soooo thankful for her. 2. This amazing lady works in the Electronics Department, she helped me print out my family pictures. She was just beyond helpful and so kind. I came home and I was missing 2 items ! I went to store and showed my receipt! The lady said there's no bag with than in there left at the register! I guess the manager, looked at my receipt and walked away ! I waited a good 10 mins and ask at desk if she was coming back ! The girl said oh she s looking at the tape ! Well tell me that !!! Just came from this location and whomever was working at the self checkout area made sure he only watched brown ringing up their groceries and his response was " it's my job". Meanwhile there was other people ringing up their items and he wasn't paying attention to them at all. So sad that this is the experience we had smh. Will not come to this location again. Took my wife's minivan to the Milford, PA two weeks ago to get a tire full valve repair do to a broken tip. They replaced the valve. Today I found that the valve was leaking at the stem. Basically the it was a faulty valve. Wife was going to Walmart ao I told her just show your receipt and tell them the valve is bad and it was verified with soapy water. They recharged her for the entire job despite it being a faulty part that they installed. Then to add insult to injury she was repeatedly ignored by the mechanics when she went to pick up the van after shopping. She tried for over 20 minutes until she finally slided open a window into the shop and yelled at them to get their attention since the knocking on the door and window was completely ignored. Then no one could ring her out because they said they didn't know how to run the register. It pretty obvious she got taken and then retaliated against for making a fuss to get checked out. They doing absolutely nothing but chatting in the shop. I can see now why the shop is always empty if theirs is the type of staff and treatment to customers this store give to customers. read more

So I decided to come to Walmart looking for an umbrella to get because it's raining outside. Walmart staff told me that the umbrellas were in the outdoor section. Walked to the outdoor section didn't see any umbrellas. Walked back to the clothing section because another staff said umbrellas were over there. I walked back and forth like four times. Three different staff told me the wrong place To go. My asthma was already acting up before I came To Walmart. I had an asthma attack and had to leave because I walked back and forth so many times. The staff was just standing by the underwear section just in a circle just laughing and talking about nothing. I love Walmart but y'all have to do better. read more

This Walmart is so much better than the Middletown Store. Well worth the trip more stock and a much much cleaner store staff is very helpful. They have most register open it was quite busy but all the check out were moving very well and very friendly. I will definitely be back. I visited the store in the early morning and was provided prompt needed assistance to bring a heavy 100 pound item from my car to the return department. Later in the afternoon I realized that I didn't have my wallet. I called Customer Service and Sherry said that it was found and turned in to the Customer Service department. I drove back and my wallet was intact including credit cards and money! Walmart in Matamoras, PA restored my faith in humanity. I am so glad I decided to come to this store and not the one in Middletown, NY. I will always make the effort to drive a bit further and come to Walmart in Matamoras, PA. read more

I was a Walmart virgin until I shopped at this store. I love Walmart. I grew up in NYC and we did not have access to a Walmart. What a price difference in regards to food, clothing etc.. I still can't get over how low the prices are in Walmart compared to other stores. My husband and I both upgraded our cell phones in their cell phone department. Yes, no matter who your carrier is you can upgrade your phone here. They have the latest and greatest phones here. I will say that they are not always the lowest priced as they claim. Purchased tires October 2019 as of 1 year later only got 32000 miles out of a 65000 mile tire they refused to pro rate them which they said they did when I purchased them.The tires were all worn evenly and walmart would not even look at them.Tires were rotated every 5000 miles and all worn out evenly.Beware buying tires from WalMart they only get half the milage stated and they won't stand behind them,if I could leave no star or a negative star I would. read more

When Walmart came out with the new free grocery pickup , my wife and I jumped to give it a try. We've been using shoprite from Home service for a few years and really liked the savings of Time and the service used to be free. So moving over to Walmart has been a trial period for the most part. At first we're impressed with the savings($60-$80) per week. Big savings for us..service is impressive- they stroll out right when you park. All u need to do is pop the trunk. Can't say I ever thought we wold see this type of service in our time but it's here. Despite all this were left with more to desire- quality of food just isn't the same for meats especially produce! They always are out of something which means we have to make another trip( defeated the purpose.) they do not charg more if upgrade is needed when items are missing. We're hanging in there hoping for a turnaround , not sure how long but if cost savings maintain then possibly longer. Well see read more

I formerly shopped here a lot and loved the fact that I could submit each receipt at home on my desktop computer and receive money back for any items that had lower sale prices nearby. However, now that they've changed to having to pay at the cashier with the Walmart Pay app in order to receive the rewards, I don't intend to shop here much at all. Shop Rite and Price Chopper are nearby instead, and I'm much happier with their meat and seafood anyway. I find the new requirement to obtain the price rewards extremely discriminatory toward anyone who doesn't have a cellphone with the internet on it or doesn't wish to download the Walmart Pay app. Sorry, Walmart. Maybe if you revise that policy I can provide you with lots of business once again. read more

This store is by far the WORST!!! The employees (and managers especially) are quite rude and act like its an inconvenience for themto check you out and insist you use the self-checkout.. I am not paid to be a cashier at Walmart and do not receive an employee discount for BEING a Walmart cashier!!! Went to pick up an Rx last week, got home and went to take the Rx and discovered they had only given me HALF of the pills after charging me (I pay cash for my Rx) for the complete Rx... Went to this Walmart other day to return item I have been going to this place for a long time so many problems order pickup and workers that don't know what they are doing and nasty unhelpful I return stuff asked for my drivers license I gave there was 2 return separate I got gift card and lot of papers I thought my driver license was with the paper and the gift card I was in a hurry with my child I put everything in my wallet and I didn't go out for three days I didn't need my wallet or to look for my license and I had gone out to Middletown yesterday I needed to pick something up I ordered and my license wasn't there I knew right away that it was from the Walmart problem I called up they said they had it to come and get it And I did I was told they couldn't find it and didn't have it when I spoke to somebody I went to get it that said it was there they kept me there a very long time with my kid with no food no nothing leaven us there till 11:30 pm And we're making fun about it there's nothing funny about it I gave it and should be given back I know mistakes happen I understand but this is a very important document and I was told it was there they treated me rudely and made me look like I was crazy I demanded to see manager and then all of a sudden oh I found it she said that's kind of strange when I was there all that time and it couldn't be found now it was they did not apologize they did not think they did anything wrong to me and I called customer service to make a complaint because I don't think what they did was right I know the person that forgot to give it back to me and I don't think she did it on purpose but these people When I went back we're really unprofessional about this I guess that's what you get from Walmart and I am a very good customer in store and online they could really learn how to treat people they keep saying the customer is their number one priority I don't think so not the way they act and this Walmart Is it closest to me I would rather go to another one but that would be out of my way this place is always a problem and I don't like being made like it's some sort of joke once again this is my drivers license I gave it I want it back I have high blood pressure and this is very bad for me keeping us there for over an hour and a half or more I will not let this go and I will keep fighting for my rights this is my money if they are unhappy with your job then they should find another one or stay home and have a beer read more
