Nothing was stolen but our lock was broken and had to be replaced. Then when we went to retrieve our furniture (a sofa, love seat, dining chairs) we found it all covered in bugs and there was a partially decomposed dead rat on the sofa! Needless to say, all the furniture was unusable and ruined. We alerted the manager and the corporate office and have yet to be offered any sort of refund or compensation for our losses due to their poor property maintenance. Of course not, they got the wrong house again. I have video cameras on my house and can prove they never showed claiming they had. A day or two later I get a call from a neighbor because they leave it on the porch they never go through. This time it requires a signature and no one home. I've been here the whole time and no one from FedEx ever showed. My cameras corroborate that statement. No I have to wait days for them to try again? You call the customer service and you get some foreigner who only reads from their script and you get no solution. You cannot even talk to the local facility to complain that their deliveries are a constant fail so nothing will ever get fixed. Total failure for a business.

They have a hard time finding the prescription when you do pick it up. Many times they are just chatting and gossiping instead of waiting on customers. Staff is very unorganized and they lose prescriptions that are in the computer in their system. The worst CVS, let alone pharmacy in the area. Avoid, very poorly managed.

I know they close at 6 but the person at the window saw me in line before 6. I paid for my Rx online so all I needed was to pick it up. They closed the registers and refused to give the Rx to me. I'm not normally a person that complains about things. I'm fairly easy going. However this was a horrible display of customer service. I've worked at both CVS and Rite Aid in the past and we always helped the last customer in line if it was only 5-10 minutes passed closing. Some people waited before closing so it's not fair to make them not only wait in line, but then turn them away just because by the time they got to the register it was a couple of minutes passed 6. I will be taking my business and Rx elsewhere and won't be supporting CVS anymore.
