Luckily, I was able to find a solid bag for $7 or $8, which for someone on a budget like me, was a lifesaver! On my way to check out, I also found something else that I had been looking for - a quality, yet affordable razor! I had been looking for one of those at all of the major outlets, but hadn't been able to find one at the right combination of quality and price. Luckily, I was able to find one at Marshall's! The only reason I'm not giving five (5) stars is because there was a massive pothole right in front of the store, which could really mess your vehicle up if you aren't paying attention. I'm not sure if that's the store's fault or not, but they should really get that fixed. All-in-all however, Marshall's seems like a great place to stop in and look for an item or two (2) that you can't find anywhere else for a reasonable price. As such, I'd highly recommend!

Since placing our order, we have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the chat feature on their website. Despite our numerous attempts, we have not received a single response or update regarding our order. We understand that shipping delays can occur; however, a complete lack of communication for over four months is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, responsiveness, and basic customer service. Due to the company's failure to communicate or resolve this matter, we are taking the following actions: Filing complaints with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the South Carolina Attorney General's Office. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Contacting our credit card companies to dispute the charges. Consulting with our attorney regarding our available legal options. We are sharing our experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing from Copper Barn. We remain hopeful that the company will finally respond and resolve this matter promptly. If Copper Barn would like to make this right, we welcome the opportunity to hear from them.
