It's huge really well-made and really well thought out in terms of layout. It's big it's bright as very welcoming. Every section is defined by a logo whether it's pastry section, boucherie, grill etc. The items are fairy priced not over expensive like a whole foods/metro/iga/April. And not super cheap like maxi. The workers are very welcoming and very informative if ever you have any questions. pastry section is huge everything is made in house, I purchased an eclair, millefeuille and a Portuguese tart. All three were delicious it wasn't overly sweet good size for the price 2.79$ each. I also purchased some steaks two that were not marinated and 1 that was marinated in house. The wives were delicious tender and for a price under 5$ each. If you're an alcohol lover they have an abundance of craft beer,wines and seltzers etc. Definitely a place I will be shopping at more often!

Don't forget to bring a quarter to use a shopping cart (refunded when you return it), also reduces labor costs and liability costs in the parking lot. I keep my very handy ALDI bags in my trunk. Eco-friendly and another way ALDI keeps its prices lowest in industry. You have to do your own bagging, but checkers are very fast, and I like organizing my own bags.

The employee responded in a very rude manner "I don't have a price gun." and walked away. When I asked other employees for help, I had several just look at me and then turn around and ignore me. Today I was buying moving supplies. After having purchased two armloads of boxes and tape, I asked if I could have two (2 mind you) empty boxes that were sitting empty from employee stocking. They very rudely refused and said they had to recycle them, but they could sell me boxes. I said I had already purchased a number of boxes and tape, and was just hoping to get the couple empty ones sitting there in the store that were just going to be thrown out. No, they said, they wouldn't give me any for free. Extremely rude people. Will not return now. This was the end.

Sometimes I find myself being adventurous and buying something other than the usual.Like already mentioned, the lines move fast and there is usually 2 or more lanes open, service is friendly, pleasant and sometimes even strikes up small talk. I might try out the new hannaford to go feature on the weekends that I work, needing food in the house and having to shop after 12 hour shifts is pretty draining!

My husband loves their fudge and they always have homemade soup. My biggest surprise surprise was that when I am out when cooking dinner and realize I am missing something, they always have it! You don't expect a corner store to have fresh garlic, onion, ginger and a great selection of spices. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful.
