We are staying with our daughter and son-in-law not far from this Kinney Drugs on New York Avenue. Several times I've needed to call and find out if they had certain products. They only had one product I needed recently and told me it would be left at the front register. I've really appreciated their customer service during this COVID time, going out of their way to help. read more

I was allowed to request it on line and was given no automatic warning. No emails........ No phone calls........ Oh, Wait... YES! I did get emails.... How could I have forgotten??... Big sale on Oreos... That's the emails I get while waiting for a prescription that was never to arrive. Go elsewhere if you can........

I explained that I didn't think that was fair and that usually when this happens stores honor the price at which it was originally labeled. The response I received was, "I understand " but there was no plan to honor the original label. I left the store without the plant and will likely never go back. The difference in price was around 15$. At this point they didn't deserve my money and should understand that I can buy that plant anywhere. They lost out on that purchase as well as a life customer all for price of 15$. I hope it was worth it and that you now, you understand.
