This poor man was shopping in the store and suddenly needed to use the restroom. They told him no. He begged and pleaded with them and they said no and told him he could go to Walmart. He's 91! Its just not that easy to 'just go to Walmart'. He would have to drive there. My point is I completely understand why they may not have bathrooms open to the public but he's not a tweaker going in there to use drugs, he's an old man that just needed to use the bathroom so he didnt have an accident. Compassion can be used and exceptions can be made.

Still, I found the cheap bathroom cleaners that I was looking for, and the customer service was standard. It looks like the place is hiring new part time workers at the moment, which could explain the mess. Still, places like this have general managers, who should be ready and willing to assist where needed.
