It essentially is a low-cost grocery store, organized as a grocery store, unlike an industrial warehouse type of business. Prices of some items were too high considering the dollar store within the plaza. For example, a gallon of Turkey Hill iced tea cost $2.99. That is no bargain compared to non-outlet groceries and dollar stores. Paper and plastic goods were reasonably marked down, although environmentally unfriendly Styrofoam is too abundant. There appear to be a number of homeless people near this establishment entrance. It is very sad to know there are people suffering no matter the events leading up to their situation. I think this establishment could partner with community organizations on supporting disadvantaged.

Personally, I don't mind the neighborhood and have never had any issues here. I have always felt safe and secure. The store itself is fairly small but pretty clean. They tend to get some interesting buys in there at some insanely good prices. The quantities can be limited but if you get their special buys, you can save a ton of money off of regular grocery store or even Sam's Club prices. I find that their perishables are of decent quality, especially the produce. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in finding stuff as well. One big caveat, bring your own grocery bags or be prepared to buy theirs.
