Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

I'd probably have bought some clearance oil filters if the security crew wasn't all over me over a legitimate purchase. Hint Wal-Mart when you're clearing out all in one computers at $149 marked down from $400 don't you consider someone who might be able to make use of said computers (like my son soon going to college) isn't a thief? The rating wouldn't be so low but I bought 9 computers from various other locations and wasn't followed around anywhere else.
