The staff take time to answer questions and to explore options related to jewelry needs. No rushing, they take all questions and concerns seriously, and help the customer arrive at the best solution. The staff's knowledge of "all things jewelry" is encyclopedic and checks off all the boxes for any question you may have. I recently had repair work done on a ring and a pair of earrings. The work was beautifully done. Seriously, well done. I was shown where the ring needed repair under a counter top magnifier, so there was no question in my mind that the work was needed. Jones' is the best jewelry store in Rochester! Each time I go in I get excellent customer service, great prices, and fantastic jewelry!! I love to create a wish list for my husband before holidays and I think he likes it too, less stress because of course I've already tried everything on and know I'll love it. They have a diamond trade up program so if you can't afford the big diamond, you can start small and trade up the value that you paid for your next diamond when you're ready to upgrade which is great for me as I'm new to buying nice jewelry! I've used JF Jones as my local jeweler for 10 years! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they don't use high pressure sales tactics which makes me feel comfortable and trust them. JF Jones also has a HUGE selection compared to other stores I've visited. Best part- my husband and I purchased our wedding rings from them and we can drop them off to be cleaned for FREE anytime we want, as often as we want ! They also do all their repairs in house which is so rare these days. Love knowing my jewelry isn't being shipped out and worked on in a random factory. Excellent service! They had great suggestions for new chains for my locket and pendant.

Had a watch repaired, new crystal and lifetime battery, cost $50 plus. Two weeks later, watch stops. Take it back to store and they don't even want to look at it. They say it is not worth fixing, "would you like to buy a new one?" No, just want you to take a look at this one.
