A few weeks ago I emailed Eric about some concerns and he tried to help me. When I express my concern about the lack of customer service over the last few years he did not seem to concerned about it. Finally I found a new insurance agent and company (Better rates and customer service). When I called and spoke to one of the people at Jill's office and asked that they cancel both my home owners and auto insurance she said that she would. That was on the 22nd. I had to call into the main customer service tonight because she only canceled my home owners policy. So glad I do not have to use them anymore. They seem not to care about there long term (9 years) customer.

Then I went back to Gus for help with my 2020 taxes, except this was all virtual. Still, Gus was able to get everything done very quickly and it was very easy to use MyBlock. I just created a profile and it very easily walked me through all the steps and getting the right documents uploaded. This year, was a very similar experience. I just went through the series of questions, uploaded what it asked me for, and boom, done! Gus was very good about calling me if he had a question about something. This year, I did receive a letter from the IRS regarding a return a few years ago. With all the scams going around, I wasn't sure if it was legitimate or even what was going on with it. I contacted Ray and we set up an appointment to help get it sorted out. One thing that really stood out to me with my experience with Ray was how organized he was. You could tell he was expecting me, he had everything printed and labeled, including an envelope with the address already printed on it.
