Closed down; store not open anymore. It was just okay. But still needed in this community.

They are deep cleaning the store! Yay! This store has been a mess the entire time I have been going here, with merchandise just heaped on shelves like a child tried to clean up their room by picking up everything from the floor and dumping it onto the shelf regardless of what it is and if it actually belonged there. However, the last few times I have been there, it has been obvious that they are emptying the shelves aisle by aisle, cleaning out the old merchandise, and reorganizing the shelves to make them neat and tidy and properly stocked! This store is usually well-stocked and has a very good selection of items, so having it well organized will be a huge improvement. Whoever is in charge, good work. read more

Now I will say this from the outside and looks like a spot you might not wanna go into. Located on a very busy street with a very congested parking lot. With all that being said I had no issues shopping at this dollar tree. Although a busy congested parking lot I was able to find parking easily. Everything seem to be organized enough for a dollar tree. I was able to get my house items. A couple cute little pictures and picture frames. Made me a beautiful spring bouquet for my kitchen. The staff was polite and informative when I couldn't find something. Checkout was quick and easy no long lines, and cashier was polite. The ONLY complaint I have is my windex bottles top was not completely screwed on and spilled all over my trunk. Total waste of 1.25 lol. Convenient location, not very clean but not very dirty. The lines are often long with one cashier working. Poor management in my opinion. Usually stocked and cashiers are generally professional. read more

This is by far one of the worst Dollar Trees I have ever been to. Every time I come here they are extremely understaffed. There were 2 lines, of 15 people each and only 2 people working. Everyone was late to where they had to go. They need to get it together. read more

If I can give this Dollar Tree a -0 Star I would! Two weeks into August while visiting my Daughter we decide to go here for some house hold items. When we entered there was no greeting from any of the employees, which is fine because I don't expect to be greeted upon entry into every establishment‍. As we walked the isles there was barely anything on the shelves, which again is fine because I know things sell out‍. But as the cashier (And I won't place her name in this review because she was pregnant) started ringing up the few items I had, she never even looked my way or said Hello which I can look past because maybe she was having a bad day‍. But what I can't look past is that after ringing up my items she didn't even tell me my damn total‍! She just stood there and I had to look at the screen to see what my total was and just hand her my money! Now I don't expect the cashier to say "thank you" or" have a nice day" but I ABSOLUTELY expect them to say "your total is". I felt like I was in a ghetto ass version of the Quiet Place! I stopped in for some things while I'm on vacation. The parking lot had a lot of people just loitering around. There was stuff all over the ground, shelves needed cleaning, I couldn't find any chocolate bars or peanut M&Ms. The kitchen aisle was well stocked I picked up paper plates and storage bags. No helium for balloons at this time if you need party balloons. read more

Let's start this off by stating....I LOVE DOLLAR TREE! I will find a dollar tree to visit wherever I am traveling. All dollar tree stores have different items and this is honestly what I like about it. I visited this dollar tree after searching to find one close to my brow appt. I was nervous when I arrived outside due to the amount of people hanging around outside. However, this was a true "don't judge a book by its cover" experience. The young men that were outside were very nice and didn't try to solicit me for any money or food. They even offered to watch my car while I went in the dollar tree. I decline the offer, but it made me feel a little better leaving my car in the lot. I walked in to this dollar tree and to my surprise it was very neat and tidy. Most dollar tree stores are cluttered and always unpacking something. I am not sure what the reason or occasion was, but this was the cleanest dollar tree I had ever went in. I instantly was greeted by the cashier at the front and she was very pleasant and nice. I walked the aisle to find my favorite animal cookies that are only at dollar tree and they had them. The young lady even went to the back to grab a couple more bags for me. I thought this was a very nice gesture. After grabbing my favorite cookies I picked up some cleaning supplies and was on my way out. The checkout line was super long, but the manager jumped on a register to help after seeing the line start to grow. she was very friendly and helpful. I made small talk with a few people in the line and before you knew it I was checked out and headed home. I don't live close to a dollar tree, but anytime I am in the neighborhood I will make it my business to stop at this one. the service was great, the store was clean and there is a Krispy Kreme next door to get dessert. :) read more

While shopping in the store with my service animal, I was approached by an hostile store employee later identified as the general manager yelling at me. He yelled in a nasty tone no pets are allowed your dog needs to leave customers are complaing about him being here. I calmly responded that my dog is a registered and federally protected service animal and not to refer to him as a pet I will happily provide you his USAR registration Id to confirm. I then asked what the concern was because he is very well behave was not posing a threat to anyone's safety or damaging any property. The manager nastily responded. He is a disruption to the store and my customers and began to ramble disrespectful comments ai asked him to please leave me alone because other customers that feel uncomfortable to my impairments are not my problem. I am a customer as well and I don't appreciate your unprofessional way of handling this.. By this point everyone in the stores attention was on us I was absolutely shocked at the ignorance and disregard for federal and state laws. He belittled my impairments and made fun of me in front of everyone. I was and still am devasted. I was unjustly treated with hostility, sarcasm, I was treated completely different than every other customer in the store. My dog was terrified because of the irate brutal verbal attack this employee was continuing to do. I am emotionally distressed because of the whole way this situation is handled. I was treated like I am on trial for being a documented disabled individual, I suffer from multiple impairments mental, and physical. issi was unjustly forced of the premises with verbal abuse, intimidation, and hostility. I attempted to contact corporate office via calling the store the incident took place to gather information on the store GM I was met with resistance, sarcasm, and more disrespect. At this point I called in law enforcement to mediate this situation to an appropriate resolution. The store manager lied about the situation and what took place, continued yelling, very unprofessional, I feel like this was a personal vendetta of prejudice against my disability and my sexuality. I was given no level of respect. I attempted to professionally and calmly communicate how inappropriate this store acted in this situation. The store has surveillance which the manager refused to show me any proof of his claims that my dog was a disruption. Nobody from this corporation has apologized for their actions, conduct, unprofessionalism, discrimination, and blatant disrespect. This is absolutely unacceptable and anyone in dollar tree Inc in violation of the star and federal laws protecting against the descrimination of Americans with disabilities and the service animals management and employees here should be dealt with accordingly to the fullest extent of the law. read more
