He said he was going to pick one up today, and described it to me. It sounded good, so he said he could stop by my house with it, to see if I wanted it. I LOVE IT, and bought it off the trailer! The guys brought it in, and one of the guys even took the futon that I no longer needed! Byron and the two men with him, were friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough! Then, just 18 hours before my son's party, I received another call saying one of the cake decorators had called out sick and suggesting that I cancel my order and go somewhere else. That was completely unrealistic. There was no way I could find another bakery to take and complete an order within 18 hours. Overall, the communication and lack of reliability caused unnecessary stress right before my child's birthday.
