Terrible auto service. Told me they couldn't change my oil at 7 Am Monday morning because they were short handed. Then they told me they couldn't do anything till noon but had to make an appointment. Fine set my appointment I said. Kod clicked on the computer and said we can get you in at 2:30. At this point I'm annoyed. So not only are the kids behind the counter not taking customers but they are laughing and playing on their phones while Walmart looses money and customers who won't come back because of Walmart incompetent employees. read more

We were welcomed by David the optometrist at the vision center. He is a great, friendly and helpful guy. Very pleasant to work with and didn't try to shove extra stuff down our throat. I tried to return "Christmas" items (gift packs of 2 bottles of lotion I bought before Christmas) on Dec 27 and was told the store manager had decided they would not accept Christmas returns. I had my receipt and was not offered a store credit or anything. It was just a hard no! The "manager" I spoke to told me to try a different Walmart. I had no issue at the Papillion Walmart. There was no return policy posted before I made my purchase or at the return counter. I believe stores are required to post their return policy and store managers cannot randomly make decisions that go against the policy. I will never shop at this Walmart again. Worst service I've had in a long time. read more

No real customer service. Just a cash register baby sitter and no help when you need it . The baby sitter has limited privileges to help a customer. Sometimes everyone needs help to one sitter . And they are always to young to ring up alcohol. I just do online now. I get accused less. The plus is if they are out of something I usually get a better deal in the replacement. read more

The managers here don't respect the customers and the staff in the auto service department. It's 7:40am There are people waiting to get their car serviced but the managers won't bring the key to open the garage doors. They even made a overhead announcement to call the managers but the managers just ignored them. So annoying. read more

Stopped in to make a return at 7 a.m. knowing the "Customer Service" did not open until 7 a.m. The guy at the front of the store was quick to tell me I needed a tag for my one item. I asked him if "Customer Service" was open because it did not appear to be. He responded "I have no idea." Really?? So, I walked to "Customer Service" and 2 women were sitting there in the dark. I asked if I could return an item. They responded "No, not for about 10 minutes." Really, it was 7:05 am and I'm on my way to work. They indicated they did not have their cash drawers yet. Wow, that's NOT customer service. It should not have been that hard to return ONE item to some type of cashier. So much for "Customer Service" .... I don't think they care. read more

This store has become such a mess.. I thought the store at 72nd and Giles was bad, this one was a lot worse tonight.. I was able to find some meats that I went for but zero frozen veggies and only half fresh veggies.. I bought a phone charger at this Walmart and tonight it lit on fire, burned my boyfriends hand to the point he can't work for a couple days, burned holes in the couch and the wall. I took it to Walmart to complain and all they said was: "do you have a receipt or the box? And it's 20 minutes past closing." This location is so much less crowded than the one we used to live near on 72nd. The checkout lines are always reasonable and the parking lot is not crowded. They recently rearranged things which made it confusing for a while, but hopefully it will be better than before once things are completed. They now have grocery pickup (you can order online or through their app) which I just tried out and loved! Now if only they would start delivering like Hyvee.. One negative comment I have is about their auto center. We take our cars here for oil changes out of convenience, but they always take forever. Once, we had been waiting for over an hour when they paged us; we assumed they were finished but it turned out they had not even started because they could not find the tools they needed to rotate my tires. We couldn't believe we had waited that long and they had not even gotten started or let us know that there was a problem. read more

This store being considered trash has been a long held view amongst us Bellevue/Omaha residents for some time now but it's not just this store's fault but the biggest contributors at times to this store being problematic are the customers themselves. Using the shopping carts as their own personal trash can is crazy considering that there are plenty trash cans all over the place and don't get me started on the restrooms. And to the stupid a******* coming in and out of that hellscape known as Walmart; would you please stop walking in front of people's moving vehicles when you don't have the right away whatsoever. I normally don't write reviews and overall I really like the convenience of Walmart, but my experience this evening compelled me to write. This was the single most worst customer service I have ever encountered, anywhere. The cashier did not greet me and proceeded to glare at me while she checked me out. She dropped my cupcakes in sideways and bagged things on top of my bread. I rearranged while loaded them into the cart, figuring well everyone has a bad day once in a while. She continued flinging my items into bags, and when she dropped the apples in I politely asked her to please not drop my produce as it would bruise. She ignored me and continued dropping things carelessly while loudly chomping gum the whole time. Very rude. I told the manager on the way out, She pretty much blew me off saying "She'd take care of it." Never returning to that location. read more

Sour attitude when helping customers , asked him to unlock a security on a vaccum , he did it like it was a burden then cash me out and again in a very salty way, I kept my cool I'm know better to deal with people like him , probably he needs to find another job ! $108.00 delivery grocery order never received despite email and texts saying the order had been delivered. This, of course, is likely due to the non-English speaking/reading DoorDash driver, but Walmart chose DoorDash to represent them so it's Walmart who is at fault. I will supposedly be refunded for the entire order. Will believe it when I see it. As for the groceries, no one knows where they ended up. Stolen by the DoorDash driver?? At some other address?? What exactly is it about this place that every freaking employee is rude...obnoxious...bitchy...or just outright oblivious to basic customer service. I literally had an employee who was stocking an end cap purposefully stand in place to the point I had to very pointedly walk around him...with my cart. It was like a fkn game of chicken!! He absolutely was NOT GOING TO MOVE FOR ME. Seriously if your job makes you that GD miserable and mean then A. Dont work there or B. Find another job where you do not have to have customer service skills. Finding help for anything in there is near impossible, it feels like employees will do everything within their power to avoid eye contact, and most if the time you cant even find them. I dont enjoy rolling around in here to begin with because so many people feel it is their right and privilege to act however they want, and allow their children to act however they want just because it is "Wal Mart" . I took my 2005 Dodge Dakota in for an oil change today. I've been using Walmart's automotive garage to change the oil in my vehicles for the past 5 years. About an hour after dropping it off, I received a phone call from the department manager asking me how to open the hood on the vehicle. I figured this was kinda odd but shrugged it off. Thirty minutes after receiving the phone call I returned to check on the status. The department manager explained that his crew couldn't change the oil in the vehicle because the oil drain plug was rounded and they couldn't take it out. The manager recommended that I take the vehicle to an automotive shop to get the bolt out. I was furious at this point. In the past 5 years Walmart Automotive was the only company to change the oil in the vehicle. The manager offered to give me a free oil change once the bolt was replaced. It took me 2 long hours to get the bolt out myself. I will never take my vehicles to another automotive garage owned by Walmart stores. The employees are clearly incompetent and are in need of further training. read more

This is a review of their auto shop. I had to have a tire replaced last minute and came here. Not only was it affordable they were able to get me in quickly without a appointment. I arrive around their opening time 7am. There was one vehicle in front of me. I was out by 8:15. The staff was helpful and nice and they had $0.50 refreshments in their waiting room. The tire replacement was much cheaper than when I had a tire replaced on my old car at a different auto shop. I would come here again in the future. read more

I've always had good luck at this Walmart. People that complain never been to some in Phoenix, where quite a few of them are considerably worse. The only thing about this one is all of the merchandise waiting to be stocked, in the middle of the aisles. Other than that, I've had good customer service, good deals, and an overall good experience. read more

The photo center here is unprofessional. I understand they may be moving locations, but they have lost my photos twice. The first time was when my mom tried to pick them up. They had trouble finding them and when they finally did, they wouldn't give them to us because we didn't have the written consent to print digital downloads we purchased and had the right to reproduce. Since they did not give them to us the first time, I called prior to driving down there and asked what specific documentation they wanted. The person I spoke to said we only needed to sign a form. Once I got there, I had trouble locating the photo center and the person working the counter. Derek, the name of the person working it was of little help. He was rude and unprofessional. I gave him my name and he said my photos weren't there (they were 1hr prints and I ordered them 5 days prior) and he just looked at me like "what do you want me to do." He had to finally look them up and reprint them because I guess no ones filing the photos anymore, and he didn't even tell me how long it was going to take. I'm very displeased with how unhelpful he was and the lack of ability to address customers in an efficient manner. I do not want to bring my photos here anymore, and I most certainly do not want to be helped by the same employee. read more

The auto center used to be iffy to say the best. Took my car there, changed the oil, and a week later it was bone dry because of an error on their part. Took it back, and after finding out they were under new management, they took care of me and hooked me up with a free change next time. I'd recommend them based on the new personnel.
