Gal was doing inventory on the entire section, said I couldn't take anything because she was doing inventory (I understand completely). Meanwhile, there's a mysterious "WTF are they waiting for?" line adjacent to her. I left, came back, 30-40 minutes later. Said football product is gone, and 2-3 guys are standing there with multiple boxes (more than 2 for sure) in their baskets, almost taunting anyone who dared to think they had a chance to get one. I overheard 3 pre-teen boys lamenting how "those guys cleaned out the Topps Chrome football". I wanted a box, yes, but assholes like that are actively preventing kids from participating in the hobby. And on the back end, they'll try to (and probably succeed) sell those boxes for double the retail price. If there's going to be the 2-per item per customer trip/transaction limit on these products, enforce it!! Otherwise, just take the meaningless, overwrought signage down.

Allow yourself some time because the store is pretty big. I especially love coming here when I need a gift or something Minnesota-based as they always have unique, MN-feeling items that hit the mark. It's the kind of boutique where you can happily wander and browse for A WHILE. I haven't had much interaction with staff beyond checkout, and I've noticed they don't typically come out onto the floor--at least not during my last couple of Thursday visits during Marketfest. That said, checkout has always been smooth. Highly recommend if you're in the area and love a good browse through a thoughtfully selected mix of finds! There are 3 parts to this store and you owe it to yourself to experience them all! I started in the style area, which is the clothing part of the store. This is an upscale women's apparel store, with habitat, Liverpool, Johnny Was, and many other upscale brands. All of it is beautifully curated and displayed. You will have fun browsing the racks. The sales associates were super helpful and knew exactly how to interact with people--making customers feel welcome, but not pressured to buy. Downstairs, there is an amazing sales area. Don't miss this gem! Bargains galore and beautiful things! I'm sure it changes regularly. Then stop at the cafe and have a coffee, pastry, or freshly baked cookie. All the treats look and smell delicious. The staff was very sweet and service was prompt. After that, continue shopping at the Good Things gift shop. This is a top notch gift shop the likes of which I rarely see. It is brimming with themed displays for almost every interest or occasion. If you can't find a gift here, you may never find it! Stopped there to grab a couple things quick after work. Cuz I was at the gas station next door. I…read moreran into two employees.. first the younger girl that was working she made a comment about the cookies I grabbed for my kids like oh those are my favorite too... Then she saw me struggling trying to grab 3 of the Mt dew 12 packs I was only going to grab one but saw they were 3/$12 or almost 6$ for one. And she was like do you need help I was like no I think I got it and she was like I'ma help you girl and came and helped me and carried one to the register. And the guy that was cashiering was very nice also. Asking if I needed help to carry the 12 packs out. Or if I wanted him to grab me the cart that would fit out the door (they have carts with poles on them so they can't get out the door.. I said I'm ok I think and he made sure I got out the door ok.. usually when I go into family dollar the people that work there seem to be extremely grumpy so it was a nice change. Not shopping for myself as I was helping another look for shoes. A sloppy assortment of not to well made shoes and sandals. The problem is lack of a bench to try shoes on. Awkwardly standing in the aisle trying to get shoes on and beware of others trying to get through and do the same sampling. Shoe departments and even shoe stores could use a measuring device. Only Boomers and Xs probably remember those. I know the companies will say people only steal them. But they could be fastened to the floor or secured with a binder better. Yes, yes, this is discount you get whats there and no extras except exceptional lighting.

They took the time to find out the style of bed I had, discuss the type of mattress I wanted, and ensure everything was correct and complete before I left.
