As for delivery. OMF texted and emailed me a delivery window. They again texted and emailed me when they were leaving their last stop and on the way. Delivery guys, James and Micah were terrific. I was my mom's hero and The Original Mattress Factory is my hero!! When Tuesday came, I received text messages as to the delivery ETA. They arrived within the 30 minute window they told me.
