I called the store to remedy the double charge. I was told to call back two days later because the manager was not in and he was the only one who had authority. I called back, spoke to the manager and was told this can't be remedied at the store level and that I need to call the corporate office at 866-377-6420. I called and sat through electronic loops for directions only to receive an automated message indicating to describe my issue in a voicemail fashion. I was told, by the automated voice, I need to allow 5 business days to be contacted. No one called back; not even a courtesy call that your message has been received and is in review. It is now 10/25 and I still have a double charge on my debit card. So I called the 866 number again only to discover that they are on east coast operating time from 8-4. It's 4:45MST. No way to leave a message. My account still bears the double charge. I'm furious! I can't believe this is such a process to get a simple credit on an overcharge that was not my fault and should be remedied at the store level.

We walk in and we're greeted with a younger blonde girl and an older woman who say "Just so you guys know we are closed in under 10 minutes". My partner and I responded "no worries we are just browsing". After we turn around the younger girl says "Great now I get to make an announcement" and passively announces on the intercom "We close at 8:30 so if you need to check out you need to check out now". It is now 8:12 and we turn around and walk out feeling judged and confused why we received such aggressive attitudes as there was already a couple people in the store and there seemed to be no reason to be in a rush. At first she stated we had to go to the regular line like we had to wait behind the people that went through the maze. She was the only checker! Then she made a ridiculous comment on our way out. "Now I will help whoever was next!" If I were management there witnessing this, I would have written her up for being rude and inattentive and making us feel like we were cutting in line. Again, I was standing there for minutes even before the other 3 people started their journey through the ridiculous maze. Underline "inattentive and rude," I would never hire this person. She should not be a cashier or assisting anyone with her demeanor.
