The glasses are okay, but I was told that they do not accept my vision insurance, and that I needed to pay cash, which I did. Later I found out that not only do they participate in my insurance plan, but that they filed the claim and the claim was approved. I do not know if they collected the insurance money. When I complained, they promised to rectify the mistake, but they never did. In fact they sent me another bill. Later they simply refused to talk to me. "Someone will call you later". No one ever called. So I am out the money that my insurance covered, $500 to be exact, and they refuse to correct the situation. I have no other recourse but to take legal action.

I explained the situation to them and they told me I would have to wait 4 months for an appointment. I had never cancelled an appointment and had always paid my bill on time. I called Mountain View Eyecare, where I had never been, and they were able to get me in the next day. They were compassionate and professional and I am so glad I found them. I would never return to Montana Eyecare if they were the last eye dr. in Helena. Strongly recommend AGAINST going to this business. I give this office a 0/10.

Retro cat eye with rhinestones. I was able to have my prescription filled in short order. When I got back to where I live the glasses arrived within a week or so. Even when the rhinestones started to fall out I was met with fantastic customer service. The price seemed reasonable, especially coming from where I live (Seattle.)
