Omg what happened in this store ? Where are the managers? Where are the owners? It looked like a tornado hit . Absolutely no ADA accessibility at all . My daughter moved boxes so I could get through . Boxes were opened just to pick through . There were paper notes put up to tell u what was in box . To top it all off one of the bigger items that I knew wasn't $1.50 I asked to tell me price while ringing me out . I was told go to aisle and use the scanner . This place needs to be shut down and when looking through reviews I see it's been going on for years !!! read more

Visiting from Washington DC and I'm a huge traveler. I don't know why this store rating is low. This ONE OF THE BEST and MOST ORGANIZED Dollar Tree that I've shopped. The place was immaculate and well run store. When I say the shelves weee not empathy and very organized, I am not lying. It was so clean that when I picked up something that I didn't want I actually walked clear across store to place it back in its rightful place. Kudos to the manager and the employees of this store. I was pleased with the service provided by the staff. However, I was very concerned to find multiple expired food items on the shelves. Specifically, I noticed a beef teriyaki snack that expired two months ago, and a package of Hershey's Almonds at the front register that expired in January. I understand that Dollar Tree carries items close to their expiration date, but leaving them out long after they've expired poses a health risk. It's concerning to think that someone could unknowingly consume these products and become ill. read more

Kudos to the entire team! Xavier, Bree and the young man who seemed to be supervising were incredibly helpful. It's rare I enter a dollar tree and have this level of customer service. Both Bree and Xavier greeted me. I was there for balloons for my moms 70th birthday. Bree called for help and the gentleman (who appeared to be a supervisor) came to support me. He assisted me with the balloons and although they didn't have what I needed, he helped me identify some alternates. He communicated with Bree and Xavier about their work schedule and they agreed professionally on a time to leave. He even called the next shift manager (maybe his name was DJ) about Xavier's next shift. I'm including this level of detail because EVERY ONE OF THEM communicated professionally and like the other mattered. Why should this be shocking? It shouldn't, but it is. I've been to a couple Dollar Tree stores and what I like about this one is that it's brightly lit with decent windows. That gives it a much better atmosphere for shopping. Shelves are stocked, the folks working are friendly, and everything really is a dollar (except the few things that are two for a dollar). Be warned that even at a buck a pop, there are some things that might be cheaper elsewhere. read more

Not my favorite Dollar Tree. Every time I visit, it is a mess. I mean the shelves are always wrecked and scattered with items. The aisles have boxes of item waiting to be put away. It is a cluster of you know what. But if you can get beyond the mess - they suffice just like any other dollar tree. The employees are friendly and helpful. read more

Usually I'm a bit turned off by dollar stores. Or discount stores for that matter. I find that, many times, such stores lean on the dirty side and the merchandise is craptastic at best. But let me tell you, this Dollar Tree is impressive. Friendly employees, well organized, well lit and chock full of plenty of everyday items priced at $1 each, of course. Are we talking high quality goods here? No. But if you're in need of plastic serving ware, glass vases, giveaways, gift bags, even sunscreen (that works - I've used it), don't overspend! Maybe I'm just used to running to my local pharmacy store to stock up on such goods, but no more. Dollar Tree has got it going on. Just remember though, you sometimes get what you pay for! I totally agree with Nicole W. This location is convenient and the story is always stocked full. The staff are typically very nice and greet me when I arrive, but that was not the case today. There was only one staff member that I could see and she was busy at the register. If you walk through each isle, you will definitely find things to make your life easier. I did a great job today of sticking to what I entered the store to purchase. I looked for one of my favorite candies, Raisinettes, but that was okay because I didn't need them anyway! Yes, everything is a dollar but there were some candies for $.79 and the greeting cards are 2 for $1. read more

Went today before 5pm (close at 8). They had the doors open and lights on but were told they were closed due to being short staffed. However there were at least 5 employees sitting around doing nothing. Management should take a look at this as they were just waiting on 8pm and collecting money but not working. Laziness at its finest. read more

Every time I come into this store, I wonder why I bothered. Then I remind myself that everything is a dollar so I need to quit my complaining. At any given time, there will be loads and loads of boxes in the middle of the aisles. To the point where it could become dangerous for customers. I'll say that this location is more organized than some others, but that's not saying much. The staff member that rang up my order was friendly and moved quickly, but overall, I'd suggest you prepare yourself for utter chaos, junk, disorganization, and long lines with 1-2 registers open. read more

Robert is what all retail staff should aspire to be!! He was such a pleasant guy! He had a great attitude, was working hard to get customers through the line and apologized to the customers for the wait! Excellent customer service skills that definitely needs to be rewarded! I visited this location on 11/2 around 8:30 in hopes to find gift bags and wrapping paper along with tissue paper. When I went to the store, it looked as if it was going out of business due to the lack of products. Unfortunately I was not able to find the tissue paper that I was looking for. (Color tissue paper). However I did find white tissue paper. I did grab a few other things and when I was ready to check out the lines were very long. There were two girls at the cash registers however only one of the lanes was open. One of the girls named Christian turned off her light and was on her cell phone trying to order pizza on speakerphone. She kept interrupting the working cashier,asking her what type of pizza she wanted. T Christian looked at me and waved for me to enter her lane. She rang up my items and was still placing an order while doing so. I believe this was highly unprofessional and that this needs to be addressed. The cashier named Christian should probably coached on professionalism. She should also be aware that many people pay attention to the name badges. This Dollar Tree location is one of my favorites. Compared to the others in the area it just seems to be cleaner and more organized. The shelves aren't as messy as some of the others. Some of my favorite items to get at Dollar Tree are cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies like utensils or aluminium foil, and some toiletries. Every once in a while they have some pretty good seasonal items that are great for a theme party or cheap decorations for the different seasons/holidays. read more

Dollar Tree is my go to destination for stocking stuffers. I'm always amazed at the variety of objects stocking the shelves. There are some decent deals hidden but for the most part the quality sucks. Buyer beware: the items are priced at $1 because the quantity is lower. So price per item may be lower, but price per ounce will be higher than at other stores. read more

I recently picked up some matching plates, glasses, and chargers for a dinner party. They were great about getting me some boxes to pack everything in. It's pretty large and especially clean for a Dollar Tree. Plenty of parking in a nice area. 5 stars as far as general stores go. read more

The good part is that everything is a dollar and the employees are very nice. The bad is that this store looked like an atomic bomb went off.
