For many years Dollar Tree has been selling everything in their store for a dollar or less and it's been working. From thousands of store locations, this Fortune 500 company is doing something right by providing affordable prices to it's customers! From party supplies, tableware, school supplies, food, gifts and more, I've always enjoyed each location I've visited! I would highly recommend stopping by this location! On Saturday I went in to replace a worn out pot holder and grab some measuring spoons, since I had lost mine for baking. I was pleasantly surprised to find some fun Spring colors and walked away with an oven mitt and a 2 pk of pot holders. I also got some Betty Crocker brand measuring spoons in red to match my kitchen, it's one of my favorite brands that's been around since the 1920's, I even have the cookbook! read more

So talk about the worst customer service I've ever had here. All thanks to Robin!! I walked in the store at 9:50 and was told by Robin that I have one minute to do my shopping. Then by 9:53 I got to the checkout line waiting to see Robin at the register. While waiting in line there was a guy at the door... mind you they were locked, asking to get one item and she yelled from the register that the store was closed. Just so you know the store doesn't close till 10 so as I'm standing in line she walks to the door mid transaction from the lady in front of me and yells again through the locked doors they were closed. He shows her the time on his phone and says he just needs to get one thing, so she lets him in and he runs to the cosmetics aisle to grab what he needs. So he is then behind me in line and at that point he decides that he needs to grab one other thing and runs again to the cosmetic Aisle. My cashier Robin says she's not going to help him out and he's about to not get anything at all... yikes! She then asks a different cashier who is just walking up to assist him so they can get out early. That other cashier is extremely kind and takes care of the transaction and says "hey we are not closed till 10." Then turns to Robin and says " I know I said I wanted to get out early but looks like Robin is pushing for it". By the way, her excuse was saying that she had paperwork to do and so she needed to close the store early. Again yikes dollar tree!! Dollar tree seriously Robin needs some coaching on customer service and the etiquette of closing at 10 o'clock, not 9:51 but 10 o'clock. I would have given one star if it wasn't for that young lady with dark long hair, who was absolutely amazing. Thank you for keeping it 100 % girl hope you have a happy holiday if you see this. If there were more people like this young girl working there this location would get five stars. Just saying. read more

Came here a few times and have a good experience shopping here. I have managed to find what I need. Was able to get some decorations at about Halloween time and Christmas. The employees are pretty nice. read more

They do not honor their hours. We came at 9:45 to buy medicine and their hours say open until 10pm. The worker Sydney very smuggly let us know we would not be able to come in and buy it. She only opened the locked door to let a customer out. We also called before going there and they would not answer the phone. They missed out on several customers trying to come in at 9:45 trying to grab stuff. I know it's hard to find good employees but she and the other guy that was working just wanted to go home early. I see these reviews are all old and outdated. After this store got a new store manager and team this Dollar Tree is the best one to shop at! The store is clean and stocked, and for a store this size that is no easy task. The employees and managers are very friendly and helpful. They know their customers on a first name basis and greet you when you walk in. That is outstanding customer service. They have new dollar tree plus items and it is fun to look around and see what is new each time I come in. This is my favorite store, I always come here first before hitting up Walmart or anywhere else for what I need. read more

This used to be my favorite dollar tree, but not anymore especially when they keep closing early. I went today, it was 8:13pm the store hours on the business window were: Mon- Sat 8am -10pm Sunday 8am-8pm Plus there was a sticker that said in large print EXTENDED HOLIDAY HOURS. Yet right when I pulled into the parking lot I saw four workers inside and a customer and I already had a hunch they were going to say they were closed. Sure enough I walked to the door and they came to let out the customer and then said sorry we're closed and quickly walked back. This is not the first time they close early. One day in broad daylight it was 3pm they said they were closing early and locked the door on me and there were like 6 people behind me needing to go in. I don't know what's going on, but the Manager or whoever needs to correct this because it's a huge inconvenience. When your hours online state you close at 9pm your Business door says you close at 10pm but your employees are closing the doors at 8:15pm. Pick a time and stick to it. Also tidy the place up a bit, it's messy, unorganized, and dirty. Not a good look. Dollar Tree in general has a lot of great buys but when the store itself looks like a dump, you definitely lose faithful customers. read more

I was driving through the glorious Syphilis Heights when a mighty hunger struck my gut. I saw this dollar tree and decided to grab myself one of my favorite snacks: Armour Pizza Meal. They are like Lunchables but cheaper so of course I need to have it. Problems arose though. Usually an Armour Pizza meal comes with 6 pieces of pepperoni, 3 for each pizza. These came with 5, 5! I've been to many other branches and this is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and down-to-earth. Its definitely pleasant here. They are cheerful and talkative, but efficient. One time, there was a very rude elderly customer being excessively condescending to the younger female cashier that I was about to say something. However, the cashier professionally said, "You don't need to talk to me like that. I'm just trying the help you." I was secretly rooting for her because she stood up for herself without starting an argument or making a scene. Eventually, the elderly lady apologized for her lack of manners and finally went away. The store is always tidy and organized and clean. Despite whatever type of customers a Dollar Store may attract, I commend these employees for keeping this store looking like a Nordstrom's. A HUGE advantage is that their toy selection IS THE BEST AROUND!!! I couldn't even leave the toy section because I was grabbing all the newest toys that they had. And, they have brand name Hot Wheels too, just like at Target and Walmart :) read more

You can't beat only paying $1!! I've found so many good deals here. It's really hard not to come here everyday. It's where I get my dish soap, some personal products, food and many other things. I also come here to grab some soda, chips and a snack when headed to the movies. I bring my kids here to spend their allowance money on whatever they choose. My son loves Pokemon. My youngest daughter loves to get candy and my oldest is always looking for a hidden gem, that might be more expensive somewhere else. Of all the Dollar Tree stores I've been to, this one is the cleanest. Also has some really nice, helpful employees! read more

Wow, if I could give this Dollar Tree store 10 stars, I would. This particular store is very clean, very organized and has some great employees working here. I had stayed at a motel nearby and needed to get some snacks since the motels snack machine only took quarters and I never carry any cash on me. I was able to get those, and some medicines such as allergy pills, nasal spray, Ibuprofen and shampoo soap for not too much money. It was so organized that my trip in here was quick and I was out the door in no time. I had enjoyed shopping here so much, I stopped back the next day to get my Grandma some candy truffles to enjoy at her care home since she liked chocolate so much. I don't usually rant and rave about stores that sell things for a dollar but other stores should take example of how tidy they keep it up. It's better than the one in Hayward that's for sure. read more

I do not like the cashiers here. Today there was a short blonde haired lady. She literally told the guy behind me to go before me because he had less stuff. I mean could you atleast ask ME not just do whatever u want. I was buying items to donate made them money and she was so ignorant and rude. Never once looked up. Just weird. This Dollar Tree just opened in Creekside Center by Petco and it's kind of amazing inside. Clean, bright and filled with so much great stuff while being extremely roomy. There's practically an entire row of colorful baskets, storage totes, trash bins and organizers so you can do all these Pinterest organizing projects you saved. The store has lots of kitchenware and home decor, including those popular vinyl wall decals. Tons of cleaning supplies, snack foods, groceries, toys, gift wrap and more. It's without a doubt the nicest dollar store of any chain I've visited. read more

I never review a dollar store but felt compelled after my brief visit. I stopped by for a few things and Angie the cashier was so welcoming and my entire visit she was very helpful to all customers. This location used to be my favorite to pick up craft supplies that are better deal than having to go to a place like Michaels. I was followed non discretely over my shoulder after going down a few aisles. The cashier had said out loud for security to check specific aisles, one I was on. I had been looking to purchase binder clips and cups and small household items that I needed for my art. Trying to speak with the cashier I was treated rudely. Nothing about my experience was professional and I never got asked if I needed help. so I now will be going to another location. read more

Terrible! My grandmother who is 96 went to buy water here, I would've gotten it for her if she wasn't stubborn. Anyways, since you can't take a cart out to your car you have to carry your items out, not one employee offered to help her carry the bottled water out to her car! Shame on you! Usually I don't write about bad experiences because it might have been just that one time, but I had another bad experience today. Today I went in, it's a clean store and I always find what I need so this has never been the problem. The problem is staffing. Today there was one gentleman at the cash register and he was getting a couple balloons and he noticed the growing line, there was about 5 of us being patient, so he knocked on the door to get some help. A short woman came out, went to the register, looked at the line and slowly walked into the stockroom. I thought she'd come back and help this poor gentleman, but no. I put my items on a shelf and walked out, the customers behind me were thinking the same way. That was very poor customer service, this was not the first time I've been in and had poor customer service. Sales associates are nice and friendly, but they need to staff the place better so there isn't 1 associate with a line of 5+ customers. read more

Always clean and most all the cashiers are friendly until yesterday I was over hearing this man give the cashier the store phone that someone left on the sales floor she said yeah we would of found it , he continued to tell her oh I just didn't want anyone to take it then she said no one has stolen it yet .
